Experience with service team was excellent, last time service was also excellent for my BMW 525d.But experience with SALES team was PATHETIC & HORRIBLE. Spend nearly 15 minutes checking the new 5 series but not even a single executives present there were bothered to attend us. We spend 15mints there like we do in art gallery just viewing the display cars. If the sales people doesnt know to explain the features of new cars they could have atleast given us a broucher or pamphlet.

Bought my BMW 330i GT MSport from here. Very professional service. Excellent experience. I was helped immensely by sales executive Mr.Anoop and Sales manager Mr.George. They gave me a very good deal on warranty and service packages and to top it all off, something I have never seen while buying a car. They topped off the car with a full 60 litres tank of petrol! Even in these days when the petrol price isn90/litre! A not so small gesture that has gone a very long way in customer satisfaction! I only wish I could give 7 stars out of 5!

Actually we had no plans of buying a BMW I planned to buy Mercedes in Dec 20..But it was Mr Robin who was influential in changing my mind and reopened the chapter of BMW and preponed the purchase. Customer service is the worst here. Had two complaints for my 3 series. Gave the vehicle to them for service at 9.30 in the morning. I was told the vehicle would be ready by afternoon. I had to call them at 4 in the evening just to be informed that nothing was done. Utterly disappointed. Wasted my day with these idiots. Will never recommend to anyone. An embarrassment to the BMW name.

The service team had cleaned the vehicle and kept the ring safely. I really appreciate the honesty of the EVM employees. Even if someone had taken the ring, I wouldnt have known. Kudos and well done. We bought a BMW X4 from the BMW EVM Autokraft Kochi showroom about three weeks ago. The sales staff were quite helpful, enthusiastic and they are literally ready to go the extra mile. We reside near Thiruvalla and BMW staff bought an X4 for test drive all the way to Thiruvalla twice within a week. Special mention to Mr. Subin Mathew who was ready to answer all of our queries and doubts, whenever we called him - though even late at night. His approach and friendliness eventually made us decide to go for the X4 .

Bmw x1. Dont buy it. We cant expect any sort of comfort. . Very uncomfortable rides. Good for driver only. BMW claims lot of technologies in the car. But primary aim of comfort is not satisfactory.The comfort level is slightly higher than martial cars
