Its a lovely homestay run by an old couple.The rooms were kept ready for us. we loved the hospitality of the couple. The rooms were neat and clean. the breakfast was delicious. we have to go to our rooms through their living room so if u want to stay out late it will difficult for them. loved the stay.we were treated well.

We stayed at Madeline Inn for one night. The place has a cosy, homely feeling. The old, wooden interiors give a pleasant ambience. The bedroom was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. The location is also very convenient, as it is is very near to Fort kochi beach. The hosts were really friendly and cheerful. We had a really good stay and look forward to staying there again.

I stayed in Madeline Inn for two nights. It was during the monsoon season and we choose the standard AC room. The house is quite old, build by the Portuguese. The bedroom and the bathroom were really clean. Hot water is available 24x7.It is really close to the Fort Kochi beach, only about 5 minutes walking distance. I found the rates very attractive compared to other good home stays in Fort Kochi. The best part of the stay was the hosts. Mr and Mrs Stuart are very friendly and helpful. I will surely stay here if I visit Fort Kochi again.

Very nice place to stay at fort cochi. positive things I found about this Homestay1- Very close to fort cochi. 2 minutes walk to the beach, fishing harbour, boat jetty, Chinese fish net,..sea foods. etc.2- Good & friendly family to host you. They speak English well.3- Good A/c room. - value for money I paid. I had some discount through Goibibo.... 4- The room I was given was spacious, it was like a suite. its an old Portuguese built house.my room had no attached bathroom. but bathroom outside was clean.

The best place to stay in Fort Cochi...they have 3 diff rooms to offer...each special in its own little way.. absolutely clean.. fragrant & just perfect...affordable too...Infact..it was like home (My fathers home)..do I need to say any more...Inez & Stuart are the best hosts.. I guess God knows yr needs & provides for them by giving u the best when u trust in Him..

Location was easy to locate and the staffs & services were very good and neatness & cleanness was also perfect.Overall it was an amazing experience in this hotel.

Nice place to stay . had a comfortable stay over there. all basic Amenities were there. breakfast was limited but delicious. hotels owner Mr Stuart , he is very punctual on time. this hotel can be recommended as it is near to Kochi fort . will give this hotel 4 out of 5

My husband and my in-laws stayed there for two days. they were very overwhelmed and extremely happy with their stay. The house is wonderfully decorated. the rooms were very neat and clean . the owner was very welcoming and took care of each and everything. They enjoyed a lot ... :) thank you so much for making their stay an awesome one.

An old house very near to Chinese nets. Big rooms, comfy beds. The bathroom humid. The whole house gets hot but air condition works well. Breakfast is tasty and on time. The host is nice and helpful.

Its a bit difficult to locate the place but Google would do the trick for you. Quite a cozy home with even welcoming Landlord and Lady. A house that probably invokes that Fort Kochi nostalgia in you. Strongly recommend this one!

Location is perfect near Chinese fishing net and many other points in fort chochi. family is good and helping. heritage feel in room and real home stay.

The room was beautiful. The toilets couldve been a little more clean. The old couple that own the house are very friendly people.

Mr.Stuart is the host, good and humble person. Room is awesome, Wood built... perfect location if ur staying in fort kochi. Id say this would be the best place for value of ur money.

First of all it is a House. A wooden made house.We stayed three guys. And in morning he did not provide the breakfast by saying this you guys came down for breakfast at 10 AM and our maid leave at 9:30.Is this logical? He was knowing that three guys are staying in his house and definitely they will ask for breakfast in the morning.And he did not knock and asked for breakfast or any other concerns at all.He should have kept breakfast ready without asking.Will not recommend for any one..go there near by lots of stays and hotels are there.

Had a wonderful stay...Would recommend this homestay any one who visits fort Kochi.the place is walkable from the Chinese fishing net. pleasant home like experience.

Nice classic place in fort Cochin, the whole furniture even the floor is Woody which is lovely very classic very near to beach, the beach only for namesake though but still its beautiful, worth to stay here at a reasonable price, the owners are very nice people, only problem theres no proper cupboard, its very small for couple but is manageable and no TV in room (whos gonna watch it when youre near beach anyways)

Paying Guest House ...Nice family...rooms on first floor ...no lifts no TV...good Wi-Fi...near to many Restorant and hotels
