It is a good place to visit. The most important highlight of this place is the beautiful garden. There is nothing extraordinary anout this place about the food. It is tasty but nothing special n all. There is sufficient parking spaces

Govt tourist information counter and ktdc hotel reservation and packages

Centrally located at the heart of the old city. Good place to go to for information, tours, transportation etc if you are tourist. The area has a lot of shops especially for spices etc.

Tourist information desk at marine drive, at the K T D C shopping complex, at the point where Broadway intersects with shunmugham road. Boat trips booking and travellers guide and maps , which KTDC distributes here is a good service. But no other activities, like any other government agencies.

Tourist information counter and KTDC HOTELS & Kerala tour package reservations can be done easily from this office.

IMPORTANT : KERALA TOURISM takes 90 out of 100, no doubt!Splendid State, known as Gods Own Country!. Unfortunately, From other reviews, the status is very clear!. I can only join the majority of 50 out of 100 for overall experience.. Trips ends up painful many times, we heard = 10 out of 100?. We will get some good CLUES in the discussions, which we miss

The staff at office are helpful. But I opted for daylong village tour from 8 am to 6.30 pm. But the boat ride they said will be around 6 hours but actually it is about 3 hours. The driver of bus and the boat manager at Alleppy were rude and not at all helpful. The tour was supposed to end at 6.30 pm but we returned by 5 pm. This was not expected from a government concern. They are duping tourists

Nice Experience with KTDC Day tour. Since its my last moment, I am not able to pay any advance (Mobile Banking not allow to add new account) . But still they trusted me and hold the seats for us.Next day when I reach the Jetty , I came to know only we people (6 Pax) for that boat (Boat Capacity 49). But Minimum 10 Pax should be there to have the Day trip/ But KTDC started the trips only for 6 members. They didnt cancelled by saying less members.They done the very good job and keep commitment and lovely service..

People at the center were helpful and courteous and listen to our queries patiently.

Worst trip ever had is on full day back water canal tour from KTDC, cochin. Traveller vehicle seats were in bad condition, even for four people. Diesel leakage in shikara boat motor and was not working after lunch. We returned back after one hour directly to origin point . Totally not worthy tour.
