A very calm and quiet place with a good ambience.. went with family for dinner .. not at all crowded.. very nice service as well. Felt it lacked a bit of salt but overall liked it.. tried the chocolate cake , but that was not upto the mark

This cafe is off the main street, next to an alleyway and part of No18 Hotel. We had breakfast here and the meals, juices and specialty coffee on offer was 5 star with taste, presentation and service. If we had more time in the area we would be eating here every day. Absolutely delicious, and highly recommended!If you look for a cozy place for coffee or breakfast, just give this place a shot. Very cozy interior, mostly wooden furniture and good music!

Good place with Chill vibe. Ambiance is great both inside and outside. The attitude of staff towards customers are also pretty good. The beverages and food served are ok. Compared to other cafes nearby its also a good choice but nothing extraordinary.

Great ambience and good food at a premium price point. The seating isnt really a cafe style one, but isnt uncomfortable either- tables and regular chairs or high chairs facing the barista or the street. The place could be crowded during the evenings, but is still worth the visit. And the indoor seating is non-smoking friendly.Located at a very accessible location, it can be a good place to catch up with friends.

Amazing chocolate cake with the chocolate sauce.. the cold chocolate milkshake was a lil sweet but it was it was still amazing.. beautiful ambience.. worth it.. best time to visit is in the evenings... Sandwiches are amazing..

Great place to spend a whole day.

The cafe produces absolute good vibes .... It feels good and you could spend hours here with or without the company. The food is upto expected quality with cakes being their signature items. The beverages are on point with their masala tea and coffees being quite good. The outside part of the cafe with surrounded by plants setting a good atmosphere and if you are a smoker, then its perfect for you to enjoy a smoke while sipping some good tea.

Its an amazing cafe, the ambiance is marvelous and they use old tailoring machine as table on the outside and inside they use wooden tables and benches which look very amazing and have a greenery everywhere. Its a combination of old and new generation items. The food is of good quantity and quality. Dont forget to try their chocolate cake. The price is also very well priced which is valuable for the money we pay.

Such a cool place! Its so aesthetic, it has plants, awesome furniture, great staff and to my surprise, great food, too! Even though sometimes the drinks taste a bit bad, everything Ive ever eaten from Qissa has been great. Would recommend for dates, meeting lunches, if you wanna be alone for a while. Awesome, awesome place.

Great ambience, great interior. They have set the theme on an antique note.There is no rush generally. They offer breakfast lunch and dinner. It is just a walkable distance away from the fort kochi beach.The American breakfast served by them was elegant and simple. Portion was enough for a person. Its a sister concern of No 18 hotel. Both have same entrance. So the restrooms are common.There is probably one staff or so would be present, so you could take ample time to choose from the menu or have a long conversation over the plates.Overall good experience.GST is applicable (5%) on the bill amount.

Really good cafe. A silent place..good service

The cafe can really improve on the food. We ordered chicken sandwich which was just a mayo chicken filling. I felt like there was absolutely no effort put in to making the sandwich. Also they use brown bread and Im not a fan of it. Next came the burger. I must say the patty tasted good, it was juicy, but the bun ruined the entire feel of the burger. I feel they should atleast provide a choice for the kind of bread you want. For drinks we had mango Shake which we were told is made from fresh mangoes. Well that felt like a lie. The only good thing was the chocolate cake. Really yummy.Other than that, the cafe is really beautiful. The outdoor seating area is all green. Indoor is simple and pretty with quirky decor. Couple of tables are upcycled from old stitching machines. Great parking space as well.

My favourite place to hang out around here. The food here really is the best. The Kashi Art Cafe might get all the hype, but the food here is way better. The potatoe wedges are a must try! The omelettes too are amazing. And the honey dipped French toast was simply out of the world. Loved the cold coffee and the ginger ice tea. Absolute value for money!

I keep coming back for their cafe latte! A relaxing place to eat and good value for money. Their white sauce shrimp pasta and french toast are amazing!

Qissa is by far my least favourite cafe in all of fort Kochi. Not because of the ambience (ambience and setting are nice), but because of the uninspiring food. We ordered a lasagna; which was served to us in the most amateur way and didnt taste great at all. But what shocked me the most is for 400 bucks, the lasagna was not accompanied with garlic bread (which is served with omelettes we heard but not with lasagnas!); that really disappointed me. Next was the sausage sandwich; my 3 year old nephew can make a better sandwich than the one given (see pic). I mean like seriously, there was no effort put into making the sandwich; absolutely unexpected. Moving on, we were told the cake of the day was a lemon cheesecake. The cake brought to us was not a lemon cheesecake, it was just a lemon cake; they dont even know what a cheesecake is! Even the lime soda was below average. Puft. Considering the price on the bill, this was not worth it at all. If youre someone who craves good food, this isnt the place for you. I left famished; and thats a sad thing.

A great lunch and coffee spot inside No 18 hotel. They have a wide variety of veg and non veg dishes. I ordered the lemon pesto special and my partner got the chicken burger. We also ordered kombucha; however, it was not so good- very vinagery (the waiter said it was strong... but this is simply poorly brewed kombucha.) The music is a tad loud but the cafe is definitely a good work spot. Only a few outlets, but still decent.

Qissa cafe, one of the top cafes in fortkochi provides and ambient atmosphere and delicious food. The place can get crowded during a weekend, but its peaceful and free on weekdays.The best time to visit would be during the evening, with all the lights switched on.

An excellent place for sandwiches and cakes also the lemonade here is just awesome. A good place to de-stress and eat to your hearts content

The food here was just amazing to taste...a place with lots of ambience....But the sausage sandwich was not worth the price paid.Would have been better if some dishes are made affordable for some local people other than fresh lime or expresso.Let not just the rich one be at the best place to eat.It will be very good if there is at least one dish which can make a common middle class man to sit calm,enjoy the ambience and eat something whichcan fill both their stomach and heart, and also feel content with the price that is paid for.....

Wonderful food but totally disinterested staff with service. Great space so just get service up to basic level. Greet, smile, please, thank you etc.Btw. Coffee from a basic stove top maker is not espresso or Cappuccino, it is black coffee.

The best Ginger Lime Soda I’ve had from Kochi so far, with ample serving of honey complimenting the tinge of the ginger and soda.The ambience is quite good on the overall.

Modern infrastructure with beautiful pictures and antiques hanged and kept around . Outdoor cafe was busy with smokers however indoor cafe had a romantic feeling . But coming to food and service it was okay or not bad , it was not up to their ambience.

Probably one of the best spots for breakfast in fort kochi. The ambience and the location, everything is top notch. The staff was extremely friendly and the service quick. The 90’s themed garden setting is a total treat to the eyes. All items are moderately priced, hence this cafe is an ideal spot for backpackers to relax and unwind. I’d probably be back every weekend for the coffee, if i had the chance. Cheers to the entire qissa crew.

Some of the best food I’ve had in over a month around India! These guys are awesome and after discussing how much we wished we had time the next morning to eat here again, they offered to take preorders from us and come in early to do breakfast for us the following morning... top notch!

If you want to sip on coffee and want to get your job done, this is the place you should go to. And I have tried the chocolate cake from this place and it is good for 100Rs. The decor is quite good too.

Come for the homemade cakes, brunch-type snacks (avocado toast has arrived!), stuffed omelettes, heartier creations like lemon-pesto pasta, and chilled fresh juices and lemonades presented in jam jars. Good coffee and tea too.

One of my favorite places to hangout in fort cochin..Its gives us a different varieties of italian, spanich, and other great dishes.. the white sauce pasta is sure dish to try from qissa cafe.. we can read books, sit and talk for hours, if u want u can smoke outside..

A well maintained cafe but the food I got was of average quality compared to the price. The sandwich was a bit fried but the flavour was still present and a lovely ambience to go with it. This was the first cafe that caught my eye while traveling by bus. So if I get a chance I would visit some other restaurant/cafe and not revisit this place again.

This is one of the most beautiful cafes in Kochi, this is a calm, chill place at the far end of fort Kochi. Best place to relax and have some deep conversations with our favourite people. The Patio extension is soo beautiful, covered with beautiful plants. Overall ambience is exceptional. Food is also good and affordable compared to some of the other cafes. Overall a really delightful experience here!

Its a quite place with a portugese touch added to it. Food is equally delicious which is served both in the open area in front and in the air conditioned indoors. Time literally flies in this calm and pleasant place and often you never miss your home.
