The worst hospital I have met. Service is to late

I really had a wonderful experience with the doctors and other staff at Sangeeth Hospital. On 27th June 2021, my mother had fallen down and fractured her thy bone (femur). She was immediately taken to Sangeeth Hospital. Unfortunately, she tested Covid +ve upon admission. After giving the necessary initial treatment, she was advised home quarantine. At the same time, my aunt also tested Covid +ve and got very good care from the doctors at Sangeeth. My mothers surgery was done on 14th July by a team under Dr. Nitin Prabhu after mother turned Covid -ve. I had the option of taking my mother to a bigger hospital. But I had faith in the doctors at Sangeeth and they proved me right. Looking at the post Covid situation and my mothers age, this was a very critical surgery. I am thankful to Dr. Nitin Prabhu and his staff for giving a personal attention to my mother. My mother later told me that Dr. Nitins doctor parents used to visit her and enquire about her health regularly. My special thanks to Dr. Nitin Prabhu. He gave lot of his time to explain my mothers condition to me and assured me that everything will be fine. I am truly impressed with the services at Sangeeth Hospital. I would recommend this hospital for any ortho related treatment. Dr. Nitin and his team are excellent. My best wishes.

My mom got admitted on July 24th after a bone fracture. Her surgery was successfully done under able hands of Dr Nithin. It was a complicated one with an additional challenge of Moms Dementia problem. I was very impressed in they way hospital took care of COVID protocols and ensured everyone is safe. The entire medical team especially nurses were very sincere and gave professional service. The room was also well ventilated and spacious with best facility. Overall we are happy to get my mom taken care in this facility. The hospital brought in experts to take care of my mothers other health issue(like pulmonologist, cardiologist) to ensure she is safe before and after surgery. I would recommend this hospital for any ORTHO treatment. You are in the best hands under Dr Nithin and team

I went there with a severe back pain consulted Dr. Nithin Prabhu, he diagnosed the cause and directed me to their physiotherapy section. Dr. Nithin n the physiotherapists did a great job they cured me. Thank you

I visited the hospital with my mother on 19 may 21. During this second wave of the pandemic situation the hospital management should have made arrangements so the patients could leave the place asap. Insted we had to wait at the billing counter and blood collection center for long, although the hospital wasnt crowded as it was earlier.The billing staff was busy with her own work and phone calls, while making us wait at the corridor , it was only when asked why its taking so long she started billing ours. Same with the blood collection center . Else rest all services were good the doctor we consulted was good and experienced . Medicine and consultation fees were reasonable.social distancing was maintained in the waiting rooms. Good management at the car parking lot.Kindly make sure that the delay in counters are reduced atleast till the covid situation ends

Went there for COVID vaccination. Theres confusion about payment modes for the vaccination and also overcrowding as patients are taken in batches for the vaccination.

Good and experienced doctors especially Dr.geetha .but very bad arrangements in the hospital .no one to guide the Patience in the hospital .lot of time wasting at billing section .we have to wait for hours to get results .if we are not enquire about result we wont get it .its my opinion please Kindly make good arrangements in the hospital.

I had went for a d daimer blood test here for my father. Worst experience. The nurses here in the lab are amateur, they cant even properly takr a blood sample. I had to go twice for giving blood sample as the first blood sample taken by them had some fault.

I have visited the hospital for 3 times but every time I have waited for hours at the hospital. Its very carless from your part that patients are waiting for hours with disease. Although I have taken the appointment it took so long to consider me as it even past the time you said. So mainly consider to care the patient and dont waste their time in this pandemic situation.

Had called and talked to Dr.Shweta Shenoy (ENT) about a consultation to check some throat issues. Since I was in Cochin only for a day for some emergency work, and bcos of the corona situation, I was apprehensive of walking into any hospital and book an appointment and wait to see a doctor.Even though it was a duty off day for her, she called up the hospital and made arrangements for a consultation and saw me in a couple of hours time and took care of the issue. Quite professional and at the same time a very patient friendly approach. We need more doctors like her. Thank you Dr.Shwetha.

Recently my wife had a TLC in this Hospital. Dr. Geetha is a down to earth Doctor, who takes pain to explain all procedure to patients, in spite of her busy schedule. She makes the patients comfortable by personally overseeing everything. The entire Team of Doctors, Surgeon, Anesthetist and other duty Doctors were very supportive. We are very happy to endorse this Hospital to people in Western Kochi.

Dr Geeta Prabhu is very humble and best doctor ,she understands patients pain and gives treatment and suggestions according to patient convience,she is a good human being also ,once patients visit her and talk to her half of the disease is cured. I heartily thank Dr Geeta Prabhu..

Its a small hospital set up.We went for O.P consultation and doctor advised for blood investigations. Blood tests were done and bill was paid.On the next day we went to collect our lab reports but they refused by saying that No results will be given to patients even if investigations are done on outpatient basis ( it is not good if hospital refuses to give blood reports to OP patients who pays the bills for their own blood investigations ) which shows sort of business tricks to make patient stick to that particular hospital.Strongly dislike this.

Worst experience this time. The management is only concerned about money. They administrate medicine to infants without the knowledge of parents,and they just give the bill.Mrs Geeta said that buying medicine from pharmacy is compulsory. She said you buy and throw the medicines but its a must to buy, indicating that she is only concerned about money.Will never come here and recommend any one. Will also market against the hospital to all my friends, relatives and whom so ever I meet.

Poor nursing experience in Casualty 🙄

My Wife personally had a very good experience while in labour. The care given by staff nurses during the whole stay in hospital was commendable. Especially sister Jessy was very helpful. Her way of handling the situation during the labour was of great comfort and ease. Great thanks to Dr. Geetha S Prabhu who has played an important role to help my wife have a normal delivery. She is indeed a gifted Doctor. I would recommend this hospital the best for child birth.

Dr.Geetha s Prabhu is one of the humblest doctors i have ever met.She has an extensive experience backup that we could ever look upon in the gynec department.she explains our doubts and is very patient to listen to us even in her busy schedule and the never ending appointments..i can blindly suggest anyone to her.Coming to pediatrics Dr.Ashwin S Prabhu is another Dr that anyone could ever ask for.Keeps up the standards and never prescribed any un-necessary medicines to my little munchkin.He is also a down to earth person.The hospital facilities are also good when compared to any other hospital in and around fortkochi and mattanchery.. I seriously recommend them for Gynec and Pediatrics.But the staffs are not up to this mark ,the nursing staffs could he more humble and have more friendly nature. The ones in the ground floor just dont even smile at us and even very argent..i wish if these excellent doctors could find good staffstaffs.then this hospital could become NO.1 in Kochi.

We had a very good experience at Sangeeth Hospital. My mother who had a hip joint fracture was operated and treated by Dr. Anoop and Dr. Nithin .The treatment,care, support and motivation given to my mother was outstanding. Recommend all to use their service in case of need.

Very very very irresponsible staff expectially pharmacy staff. If you want to live more , dont go to this hospital . We are going to complaint against Sangeeth Hospital. The pharmacy staff was fully enganged in her mobile phone while taking medicines to us and the medicine she gave has no any relation to the doctors priscription. Chip hospital i am waiting for 2 hours doctor is not coming .and after 8 o clock main doctor is not here. Charges is very high and is not good hospitality and staff not good suggest for meOvermore charges second day i am coming told 80 rs more charges my report is ok but why this charges .this is not good hospital

I had my ACL reconstruction surgery in this hospital. I generally do lot of study before taking a selection from choices. In my case also I did considered the best doctors & leading hospitals in Ernakulam obviously based on ratings in internet. Well in this case my cousin (he is a doctor) recommended Dr. Nithin. I took the call and met him for Consultancy. Well I must say I was quite impressed with many factors. Will never recommend this Hospital to anyone near or dear; not even to enemies. Was the worst experience ever.*Nursing Staffs behaviour & treatment is too bad.*Newborn babies are often given formula feeds (Dexolac) unnecessarily and without the consent of parents; thereby denying the breast milk. (Not sure whether Doctor is aware of such acts by her staffs)*No NICU or ICU/ CCU.*Rooms and facilities are average.*Canteen facility is too poor.*Has a good car parking facility.*Nice ambience & atmosphere outside the Hospital.*Has an appealing reception & waiting area with T.V. and a small aquarium.

We had a very good experience at sangeeth hospital... The treatment provided was excellent..

Dr Anoob and all of the nurses, techs and Admin staff were efficient, professional and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Especially being a non native, without speaking Malayalam - I was well taken care of. A small hospital, but very close to Fort Kochi. By American standards the speed in which I saw a doctor is unheard of.

Good hospitality and feeling thankful as once they healed my terrible wound in my leg. But almost expensive as we have to bring a card worth Rs 150-250 every visit. It would be great for poor patients if you would give up this act.

My son Nathan was sprained his leg and Dr.Anoob consulted him very well..ang again I consulted Dr. Anoob when I was having some knee pblm..he consulted us very well..when our guest arrived at homestay guest from France. She came with back muscle pain she cant walk correctly..then I suggested Dr.Anoob.he is a good Doctor.. They says he is a very good and excellent doctor also he gave them certificate that they can get first class seat.. I again recommended one more guest. They also said excellent Doctor.

Worst place ever.I would not call it a hospital because there is no healing or curing happening here. From my experience within family and among near and dear ones, you only suffer losses at this place. I wish I had the power to do something so that nobody approaches this place again. If there was an option for negative rating, would have given the highest.Further to your response over Google & email, I had replied and you had ample time to answer but you havent. Guess you have no more clarifications to make. Vacations are the worst times for unexpected medical emergencies. When my kneecap was shattered, I was referred to the the care of Dr. Nithin Prabhu and Dr. Anoob. I was impressed by their decision making process and a surgery was planned for the very next day. Throughout this ordeal, Dr. Prabhu and Dr. Anoob was ready to answer each and every question, explain why such-and-such a medical treatment was chosen and ensure my family and I understood that we were in very capable hands. I was fortunate to have these two very experienced and very kind doctors to aid me, as they completed my surgery without complications and were able to answer all my questions thoroughly and completely.
