As I was searching for a hearing aid for my uncle. I heard about Dhwani from one of my friend. Then I visited Dhwani & they prescribed a wonderful hearing aid which was beneficial for my uncle. We got the same at affordable range. The staffs were informative & supportive to select a better hearing aid. My uncle like its performance .

My Granny is using a device, which is purchased from Dhwani, and it was working fine since 4yrs, She is satisfied with the sound effects. The staffs were helpful and doing great job for us.

We contacted Dhwani via their website - asking if they could repair a hearing-aid. The response was positive, We can help you if you need any assistance in servicing or repair in Siemens hearing aids - so we went to the expense and effort of presenting ourselves in person. Mistake! Staff couldnt repair the device, and couldnt provide an estimated cost for their suggestion to send it to their service-centre in Chennai. Wouldnt it be lovely if theyd taken care to mention that repairs are done in another state? Staff were friendly, if a bit over-keen to sell us a new expensive hearing-aid. Premises were run-down - sofas in the waiting room have had a long and interesting life.

Got two hearing aids from Dhawani in a span of one year and both stopped working in less than years time. One got repaired and again stopped working..!!Each costed about Rs:50,000/- plus. The staffs were appearing friendly, however persuading relentlessly to sell the most expensive products.Feeling robbed and helpless...!!

I consulted dhwani for my uncle.and took hearing aid also .we got widex hearing aid in reasonable price. Good services from the staff.
