Very poor service,such a irresponsible staffs and mannerless.. patients are treated very badly..They dont even know how to speak well to patients and bystanders. actually doctors are very good but staff are very rude . The atmosphere of hospital is quit bad and unhygienic.... unacceptable service.

There is no option for negative marks. if available I would have done that. During my wifes delivery they did a mistake, USG reports got changed. instead of scissorian they tried normal delivery. Both mother and child struggled alot during procedures. Gods grace we got saved from further complications. Initially we were not knowing what happened. The admin also did not inform us properly. I wont recommend this hospital any of your needs. They are not expert. Please dont use their service.

Took appointment at 10 am and paid 200 rs fee and Waited for more than 1 and half hrs, just to consult a doctor... Should have informed about the dely ... Government hospitals are much more efficient....

Hospital is ok and the doctors are good. But the staff has very little manners. Their patient relationship is too bad. There is no specific time for appointment managed there. You may have to wait for hours and hours together to meet the doctor. Although they have a token system, many a times others would bypass you. Especially if there is somebody in the queue known to the nurse in charge of calling the patients by name. It would be better if they used that token no for calling. You do not get any chance to identify when your no will be called. The extremity of all these is experienced at the Pharmacy where the staff their is way too arrogant and slow.
