Last time I had laser treatment ,,ndyag mechine not working ,so they did suprano its not working for me last treat ment nothing to work for me ,,so kindly make sure Ur mechine are working properly ....my sitting are waisted.

I have been doing my laser treatment. The progress has been different for different parts and I had particularly complained on a certain part where the doctor agreed to lodge compalint but still not received any update. Its surprising they have not not kept a before laser picture for reference. Kaya is only keen to sign up people they are not ensuring client gets the desired results.

Farzana was the person who attended my service and she was very understanding and helped me through even though I was very scared, she made It feel very comfortable! So I definitely recommend going here.

I had done laser treatment at Kaya.My dermatologist was Vishaka.She has well experienced in laser treatment.she was kind.She always welcome me with a spark of smile.she used to pause for a bit whenever I showed the slightest sign of pain.she made me comfortable during the session.Thank you Vishaka for your guidance and service. The doctor seemed pretty money minded..she seemed to be in a hurry the whole time..also wasnt organised enough and had a long waiting time for treatment..although I was the first patient, she started treatment session with the patient who came after me before completing mine..quite disappointed..I have visited other branches of kaya since the past 10 years.. Yes, indeed. Laser treatment is great for long-term hair removal. Just with ten - sixteen sessions, you can observe your body hair eliminated to up to great extent.

Love Kaya, The staff is so friendly, and I have done laser, q-switch and prp with great results. They have great deals for these packages. The Satyapriya doctor, Vishaka and Vidya gives great support on sessions. Totally recommend Kaya.

Extremely unprofessional. I had booked an appointment almost 3 weeks back and even received a confirmation email. One day prior they messaged to say that there is no appointment for the next day and that apparently my appointment was waitlisted . All this, last minute. Very bad experience, would not recommend this sort of unprofessional service to anyone .

We got an appointment a day before in kaya clinic (marine drive ) and when we went there the clinic was closed.. almost waited for more than an hour and the customer care service was also very inefficient and they just asked us to go back home. None of their officials contacted us and not even taking calls. It was very unpleasant that they made their customer to face such problems in this pandemic situation and not even responding after the complaints that have been given through customer service they offer

Kaya has been an amazing experience for me .I was consulated by Dr.Anusha who is a very patient ,calm and efficient doctor.I had gone in for a laser reduction treatment and my therapist was Hima.She was honestly an Angel!She always had a smiling face and she was extremely gentle during the procedure.Whenever I showed the slightest sign of pain during my session,she used to pause for a bit , and restart only when I was completely fine.With my first session of laser ,I noticed that my hair growth has come down to maybe 50 percent.So,I would say it’s worth the money.Not to forget,The place is always neat and clean and very welcoming.So,I would highly recommend Kaya to the other women out there !

The lady named Jean at the reception made my daughter wait for an entire one hour when we were right on time for the appointment and she did not even feel sorry or express it. God knows why Kaya appoints people like her. It seemed like you had to please her to get your treatment done because she sent in other patients who came after us for their treatments. Ive got no other option to go to any other outlets as this is the nearest. I hope she she learns some manners from somewhere.

The experience which I had been in Lulu mall Kochi Kaya was remarkable. I had started off with a treatment for a chemical peel in my face..I must say this peel was suggested by Dr. Anusha Ann George who made me look much better after the six settings I went through . Eventhough there were little difficulties in the procedure I went through the end result was just amazing and fairly good . Now I have started to do lazer for full body which helps me in my hair reduction and I think Im just enjoying the way the staff and how doctor behave. Therapists like Hima Arun and jinshin made me comfortable during the service and explains every details while doing a procedure. I must say Thank you doctor for giving me the courage and support and the belief that there is definitely a change going to happen. And thanks to Ashraf and Anjali for making my appointments in a timely manner and keeping things well organized. I must say its worth the money and there offers are too good.

Doctor is good and knowledgable, however the management prescribed a treatment for 40,000 rs when the actual charge was mere 1200 rs in a reputed hospital. All I want to tell these doctors is to stop endorsing such establishments in the name of elitism.

I have done underarms lazer with Kaya Clinic at edapply Lulu Mall. Its just waste of money. Please dont do lazer at Kaya. I dont have any results. I have same hair growth. I know doing lazer is not a complete solution for hair removal but I dont see at least 50% of hair reduction. Do not fall in their offers its a trap. I am glad that I didnt do a full body lazer.

Arranged for me to see Dr (5 mins) and then told afterwards there was a charge which was exorbitant. I then researched the therapy suggested (I have a medical research background) and it was not a well validated therapy and was hugely expensive. I then rang up a dermatologist who would see me for 1/5 of the cost charged by Kaya Skin Clinic. So, really much the same experience as some others have mentioned. I recommend you go to a medical clinic instead.

Before I enter to this place I heard more about kaya skin clinic and I Search the site for more clarification about your treatment method. After watching , I felt this was the right place for what I am looking for.After my visit in Kaya Skin Clinic in Lulu mall Cochin ,was really a bad experience.1) There is no hospitality at all.2) Didnt see any smiling face (GRE)3)The Dr, I felt like less experienced lady and her behavior not at all satisfying. When Im asking my concern her answer was not satisfying .

Just show off...First you will feel that you are in safe hands but you will regret . Pls dont fall into their trap .. zero stars

Worst customer service at lulu mall. Staffs were behaving rudely to the customers (to me)I asked about the face therapy and i got the details only after asking more than five times. I hate going there again. The lady sitting at the reception are not at all pleast and warm.Please employe some well behaving staffs there or atleast train them to be.But the staffs at swapnil Enclave are good at customer service.

I got a very frustrating experience from kaya lulu mall. The doctors procedure was performed by a staff in the clinic which was not permitted to them. Before completing the whole procedure schedule they are making to pay the whole amount. After reaching there machine found to be not working. Daily asking the staff nearly more than 2 weeks the machine still under repair. Missed the continuity of the procedure and totaly disappointed with the kaya clinic staff. Very unprofessional to the clients once they paid off.no responsibility or the service given to the clients. Compelling to buy unnecessary products from them.I am still suffering and waste of lots of phone calls and arriving the clinic and realy the agony and pain from the client they can never recognise . And not returned the money in time as the procedures are not done.I never recommended to anyone this kaya clinic. There are many better skin clinic with advanced technology in kochin. Dont go to kaya and spoil yourself.

Please dont fall in this KAYA trap ..they charge in the beginning and give the very worst treatment . I had a treatment with6 siting and in 5 sitting I saw 5 duff doctors .. most uncomfortable place.
