I have to say Dr Sandeep is an incredible doctor. I was suffering from immense pain due to kidney stone over an year. I was in Europe and the doctors there did not identify the root cause of my pain. The stone got stuck in the ureter and the team of doctors in Renai Urology department removed the stone through laser surgery. I would like to thank Dr Sandeep , Dr Yunus and especially Dr Antony who gave me utmost care during the surgery as well as post surgery period. I live outside India and I had to go to Kerala when I was diagnosed with kidney stones problem. With the help of Google, I found Dr.Sandeep and made an appointment with Renai medicity. Dr. Sandeep Prabhakaran performed a prostatatectomy on my brother-in-law Hariharan in mid-January. He used the latest technology for the procedure. Other doctors commented that Dr. Sandeep Prabhakar may be the first doctor who has performed a surgery on an aged patient while he was undergoing treatment for DVT. Now Im fine. Visited the hospital for consultation for my father treating prostate issue. As the doctor is highly experienced with new HoLEP treatment, we were so confident to go for surgery even the rate was high (almost double). As the old Turp surgery procedure was already taken 10 years before, we were not confident to take the same again. As advised by the doctor, we admitted for the HoLEP and went for the surgery. It was smooth and even after one year, there is no issue with prostate. The urine passes fine and the flow tests also results very good. We are totally happy to get the doctor on time and take the surgery.As this new surgery and procedures were only available in Renai at that time and this doctor was the backbone for this, it was difficult to get an appointment. But if taken days before, the consultation was fine. So I used that way, not direct appointment for same day. Another good thing I found with this doctor was, if needed he was referring to other doctors like pulmonology, dermatology and that consultation was so easy. Did not get stuck with queues in many cases and got the advise easily before the surgery. Thanks Doctor and thanks team!!!
