Hectic experience from this service centre !!!!!!!! I had purchased an Acer Laptop From this outlet on January 2018,unfortunately the laptop went under repair after one year 3 months which means after the warranty is over.I replaced the keyboard and during that time they have told me that keyboard have only 3 months warranty.After 3 months the keyboard showed the same symptoms I had before.I enquired them about this they told me that it was due to the use.....actually my sister uses this laptop only for her presentation work.Now I took this to an authorised service centre at kadavanthara...The technician asked me who fixed this keyboard?? Its not a good work......Moreover the guy there doesnot know anything about repair as my speaker got damaged after keyboard replacing.Never ever Visit this centre for repairs.......Try authorised service centres please.....

This is the worst laptop centre I have been to.I bought a laptop from there & within few months its keyboard got damaged even though i hadnt used it much.They charged me extra for the keyboard repair & the speaker got damaged in the process...wen i enquired about it they disclaimed saying that it hadnt happend from their part...And moreover, the staff working there is extremely rude to the customers.

Really bad service from orange computer i am exchanged desktop to laptop and iam told orange computer staff do not delete any data from desktop i need full data from my computer. After he is telled ok sir I will not removing any youre personal data after I got the new hp laptop.after his owner telled me sorry youre data is gone youre desktop was fomated.I think my personal data he misusing my all datas i am totally upseted no solution guys dont buy any products from here.please i request you.

Went there for software CD, the amount they asked for the same was very high and not all acceptable. Experience was not that good.
