A good place for Dell cmptrs,specially the sales man Antony ,knowledgeable and helpful but brands are restricted and not many available in the store . The shop doesnt accept card payment only cash or wallet payment.The team.is good . Pl incorporate card payment .it causes inconvenience for payment.

Very bad customer service after getting my laptop back even power indicator is not turning on. When i checked with them they are telling supid reason which is hard to digest. Their only option is to replacealmost every parts of my laptop

Totally Bad Experience.I have model Dell Vostro 5568.Contact the service center to rectify my TPM error in my bios.They told me that, Payment around 1300 nd it take 2 days to reprogram itThen i wait for 2 day, finallyAfter the service,1) showing my model is Inspiron lol.(my model was vostro)2) Audio jack was not responding3) Browser application went black screen4) Primary error (TPM) was still there..Quality service : now i m facing additional 3 error + my primary error.NB: They provide additional error along with your issue with an reasonable payment.All the best. Nothing more.
