Token and mask is mandatory in this site. Get a online token in Mi website or app. For offline token you have to reach the site in morning and collect. Only 3 person were allowed at one time, may be changed after curbs relaxed by govt. Service is good, you can pay thru card, cash and scan code. Verify your bill if Kerala flood cess is charged, this tax is withdrawn by govt. So should not be in the bill. Overall good service, special thanks to security sir, he is very gentle and kind.

TLDR; Shady, Overpriced and probably a Scam. Avoid at all costs unless you love throwing money down the drain.With regard to the Bose Service Centre within TVS Electronics -My product was being unresponsive and after taking it there, they claimed a complete software reinstall would fix it, quoting north of 1000 INR. The next day, they claimed the software reinstall didnt work and they would have to change the motherboard, quoting north of 6000 INR.Thankfully I rejected the proposal and brought it home. After some research, I managed to fix it myself and to my surprise I found that they didnt infact do a software reinstall as they claimed and had proposed changing the motherboard without any attempt to fix it. This leads me to believe they planned on keeping my perfectly functional motherboard for whatever reason, and make me pay for another one unnecessarily.
