I waited so long to respond. I had requested to follow up my query atleast 6 times. Which is there job. I dont know why they dont want to do there job. I try to do business with them. But after requesting 8 times they came to office once. I met Shibin the CTO who makes false promises. And also i gone to there office and met Lijo CEO seem nice but he didnt do any good either. They forgot to take an order from customer. After trying to nice for 3 months i finally given up and asked another firm. They came done in 2 days . I needed custom software otherwise i wouldnt waited that long. I understood buying a finance software is economical (got for ⅓ of the price of custom software) there are more features than i need. so big thumps down for this company and big thumps up for other product companies.FYI if you wanna improve . Please try to do standard customer follow up.
