Bought a Vostro laptop close to 2 months back. Cooparative, friendly and easy with the purchase. 1 star because the laptop startee showing freezing/hang issues from day 1 and the speaker is faulty(vibration). Since then Ive been in contact with the Dell Service and yet to resolve the issue. Dell after sales is unbelievably pathetic and now Im stuck with a faulty but almost close to 60k spent.One deserves proper products for the hard earned money he gives.

Went there to get quote for 4 laptops for my cousins new office. The sales person was not ready to give a quote or was interested in selling. May be because they have high sales now due to the current work from home and online classes. The attitude of the salesman was too bad that I was waiting for a free service

SCAM: I gave my laptop for service to fix a port issue. After receiving the laptop back, the port issue was resolved but the battery stopped working and I had to plugin all the time. Until then I had no issues with my battery.My father had also given his laptop for service in the same place since the trackpad was not working. They said theres only warranty for 3 months for the trackpad after the service, but my father realized that after bringing back the laptop, even the keyboard stopped working.

Hopeless, incompetent staff. I enquired for a 21W AC power adapter for my Amazon Echo. Their staff hadnt heard of Amazon Echo. Worse, he just shut the phone abruptly. Speaks volumes for their customer relations, or lack thereof.
