Visited here couple of months back. Not a good retailer and supoortive staff. So advice to readers try some other retailer in town. If you pay by card they will charge 2% extra by saying bank charges and dont have margin and all. Better try other outlets in town like lulu or oberon mall to get a desired products in best deal without paying extra if paid by card. Even for bajaj finance also they will tell a big processing fees and all.Update to the review: Today one Mr. Santhosh from their store called and argues with me then he started abusing me for the review. He was challenging me write whatever want nothing you can do and all. then he was telling the laptop service will be blocked if any breakdown. I told him service is offered by OEM how you will stop? he said it is possible for him to stop the warranty services. as a customer got humilated a lot. Overall a bad experience.

They charged huge amount as service charge and when I asked about it the explanation was funny Bios settings are very scarce to find and we had to sit and program the whole thing what rubbish were they saying. I just gave my laptop to see what they were gonna do because of the reputation that they have of High service charges. I wonder How did you people become an authorized HP Service centre. For LFC they charged Rs 5000 from an aged person by explaining all the computer languages they know. Stop this looting.

Bad customer support. While purchasing Laptop by Novermber 2018 HP was giving offers for extending warranty upto 3 years but due to bad customer service we didint get that offer. Its only because of Sheejas IT mall. Very bad service.
