Cable TV service is too bad. I had lodged complaint about their service.

If you have to answer in one word... UPSManager and staff who do not know how to manage subscribers. Words that waste time blaming the corona without looking at their own abilities and shortcomings.

They are not eligible for one star

Very poor response to customer queries. Went to apply for a new connection some days ago. They came and set up the set top box within hours, but have still not activated the channel pack. Would have been nice if half the speed which they exhibited to bring the set top box was shown in activating the connection.

Pathetic service, they shut shop and leave this business. The worst service provider in Kerala.

Very poor customer service. Contact number always switched off.
