Very bad customer service. Complained many times about network speed and the guys will always say Ill call u sir back and some time a they call and ask to connect Anydesk and login and check and says sir the problem is solved now u can just restart the router and disconnect call. But after that too the problem exists as same and if we call them they wont connect the call. Dont know for what purpose they gives the service. Very very bad experience. I raised a complaint 16 hours back and still the problem not solved they says they dont know why this happens and ignores the complaint. They always says only one thing that the error is from the operator side and the operator says the same that the error is from Dwans server.

I doubt a good system is in place. Requested a portal where I can check my usage but nothing is there. Even I called a head guy but no response. I dont understand this !Speed is somewhat fine thou. Rates are super high !

Ineffective service...Their customer care service is only available between a particular time period..it is not systematic...Even after i paid the bills for upcoming month , i had to wait quite long to get my connection back...

Customer care was busy when I called. Got a call back from them.

I pay Rs.600 for 200gb for dwan internet.Yet I only get download speed of 3 to 4 Mbps download and 7mbps for upload.And the operator wont even attend the call if there is any troubles.I cant even use a mobile phone.How should we trust people like this.What a shame.!!!

1)Rates are high ,not at all comparable to JIo ,airtel or even Asianet .2) poor attitude ,they speak like dictatorsRecommend them to be considered only if you are in a place where no other Internet / cable TV operates -don’t fall prey to their tactic of take internet and cable together min 3/6months etc ...Moment some other genuine companies comes up in your area please ditch dwan and move on.

1) No permeant fix2) Most of the time pings are Request timed out especially from last 2-3 months.3)Looks like they do not care about the inconvenience caused to customers.4) They do not intimate the customer about periodic or emergency maintenance.

Internet speed is commendable. But feature that I liked about them is their Customer service. Polite staff and unlike many service providers you don’t have to keep on pressing buttons to talk to their staff.

My plan was 25Mbps for about 600/-.Most of the time i was getting 2-6Mbps download speed which indicate the poorest quality of internet.Speed was fluctuating most of the time.I complainted regarding this about 8-10 times calling there customer care.They dont even know what to do.Most of the people in customer care tell me they will call after 1 hour.Obviously they dont call me.Iam switching to another ISP if they dont solve this problem at this end of the month.Very bad experience from this ISP.Not reliable at all.

I have been using their services for the past 6 months. Till now other than 2 instances of outage due to network updation, I havent faced any problem with their services. I called today for support a number of times. But the call not attended the call and response received.

My location is Cheranellore, Mr. Joby handles the technical side here, It was during the initial days of lock-down I requested for a connection and even during those tough times they managed to provide me a connection. The speeds are mostly consistent, outages do happen but are rare. Overall a pretty good service by Dwan, most people havent heard of this ISP though. Hope they keep this level of service standard going forward. Thanks!

Took dwan fiber connection.. Used for 2 week and never had consistent internet, NOT EVEN 1 day....Connection loses time to time and internet will be down for 1 or 2 minutes... One day for hours internet was down...called the provider and complained about it.. Nothing changed..NOT RELIABLE AT ALLIf you want watch movies online dwan is fineFor IT professionals DWAN is disastrous.

D-WAN is providing quality internet service at the most affordable rate. Its installation charge and other monthly payouts are very cheap compared to all other famous ISPs but their quality of service is in par with them. Always been a happy customer of DWAN

If at all anyone is planning to take this service, just don’t. Initially they used to be good but now they’ve gotten the worst internet providing service. They’ve mentioned 24/7 customer service where they don’t even pick up the call and even if they do, they could even hang up on you if asked for a reason. But He told me to send the exact location that were i am situated and then he agreed to sent the details accordingly. sent them my locations and details , awaiting for their reply and the guy agreed to say the details at that moment itself. No reply nothing , and i just send them a reminder and got the replay back Tomorrow Morning. if they have an answer, they must need tell that moment itself and contacted them again . But no response.Hay !!.. Wait a minute ... Mean time i am searching about their services ... yes Found this ...look at their reviews...Decided , i am not taking their services ..

What I love is their prompt replies and good customer service. I am reducing one star only cos their speed fluctuates at times and maybe goes too weak but only to come back after a short while.

Had to call 4 different numbers to finally get the plan details. Even after that took them a whole day to give me the confirmation and details. Installation cost was high and only then I saw their google reviews. When asked about the google reviews they were pretty rude. Decided not to take their connection and took jio fibre. I am happy that I didnt spend so much and they turned me down.

Update 24-10-202Great !! Now the users can recharge via portal. No need of calling the so called customer care.The over all service is very poor. The team is not ready to provide the plans. If we call the customer care for available plans they tell that you have to contact the local distributor. Then contacted the person whos designation is CTO on their website to address the grievance but he is also kind of person not ready to share anything. This itself shows how pathetic service they are providing and I can understand that Dwan management is local distributor oriented rather than customer oriented.Frequent outages at night mostly between 11 pm and 3 am. I can see that the uploading speed is slashing down to below 1 MBPS frequently.Sudden slash in network speed and sometimes theres no connectivity even if all the led s in our modem are on.Worst.. worst service.

The d wan website is very less informative ..doesnt let one see the available plans.I recommend let the customer choose the location and view the newer plans online .

One of the worst service experiences I had. Their network is completely unstable and dont expect value for your money. Even when you try to connect with them to resolve your problems they just navigate you here and there thats it. No proper responses and unprofessional behavior is the only approach I received from them. Local operator is completely irresponsible and they try to avoid your problem when you approach them.

I have been using their service for a very long time and it is surely one of the worst in this segment.They will continuously disconnect the service in the name of maintainance and fibre cut and it happens usually every 2 to 3 days.The better part of them is that, they have a 24*7 support but they are (some executives) not at all trained to handle the customers.Last day while having a conversation regarding the disconnected internet service the executive was very angry to me as if I had done something wrong to them.Every day there will be issues here and there.I strongly recommend not to take this connection if you are a working individual and your work depends on this connection.NB: when there are no network interruptions (happens once in a while) they provide the correct internet speed as in our plan.

Had a worst experience regarding connectivity and support. They brag about 24/7 support, but its not true. Often there are variations in speed. Its like a connection with no consistency. They are cutting my internet every night after 1 AM which is completely absurd. I am paying for full time connectivity and not in any time period basis here. Im heavily frustrated with this problem as my work is being seriously affected because of this.

This company doesnt even deserve a single star. Despite having a 100 Mbps connection, you end up getting speeds of only 30 Mbps or lesser. Customer service is so bad that you will get more irritated than you were before. A totally unprofessional & low quality service.

Worst Customer Support ever. They never answer any calls, all issues are delayed. All maintenance are done during working hours.During Lock-down I faced HELL.Never select this ISP If any other options are available.I had to spent my entire Sunday due to the poor management. They took nearly 9hours to fix the issue on their side. They should have known that when doing maintenance make a standby.I am stuck with this ISP as there are no other in my area and suffering because of their monopoly

This internet connection worked properly only for first 15 days of taking the connection. After that everyday, the connection was either slow or unstable or not available. They customers care couldnot resolve the issue. I waited patiently for nearly two weeks. And the problem persisted. By 2nd week, their language changed- started telling we only promised upto 50mbps, cannot guarantee 50mbps throughout.They kept trying different things everyday. The problem persisted. Atlast I decided to close my connection. But their customer care was not allowing me to disconnect. When I denied permission to their network engineers tentry to my house for further repairing , one staff started calling me on my mobile to permit them to repair. He created scene at my apartment gate with the security and care taker telling lies that Im not permitting them to take the device.They denied returning my money collected towards one device which they had claimed in their initial contract to pay back in case of termination if the connection .I will not recommend this internet service to anyone.
