We have an official meeting there. And we spend more than a day there. Meeting hall was not that much good .we also facing A/C problem in the hall. The room quality is not worth for the room charge, Need to improve it . Ambience was quite good. Food quality is awesome. House keeping was good . They provide best quality Pool . we could view the river , sea and feel the cool breeze . That was a wonderful experience to us .

We had a lovely time at Club Mahindra Cherai! The rooms were very neat and the resort was beautiful. The service was very good especially from their staff Partha who was super attentive and did a fabulous job in arranging the decoration for my son’s 2nd birthday.

Its was really nice experience, have been to resort twice. Hospitality at restaurant was very good everyone was helpful. Special thanks to Mr Manirul he served us well both the times did all necessary arrangements as per our request. Front desk Shilpa and a guy in night duty I dont remember his name were very cordial and helpful. All room service house keeping staffs are the real pillar of resort they make us feel what hospitality is all about. So inviting smile they have felt really good. Overall experience was nice.

Ordered Pizza and Chicken burger from Club Mahindra Cherai. They have delivered amazing pizzas and burgers. The pizza was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had in Kerala and the burger was so yummy. Really fresh and well made. The pizza was absolutely perfect and stand in line with authentic Italian pizza. They packed it very neatly and delivered very quickly and on time. Thanks to Mr. Mageshwaran of Club Mahindra, who recommended it to me.

Very good ambience, beach on one side and back side river. Its a big property, mediumly big swimming pool, and staffs were very friendly. Went with family and they were very happy.Special thanks to Deepu.

Poor experience. Rooms are not hygiene bathroom too. Poor Services. I called for an iron box and i got it after one hour. My room was nearest to the reception. No slippers in rooms. Three members stayed and only two tooth brush. No kettle for hot water but there is tea powder and sugar😄. Overall below average experience.

Club Mahindra Cherai is one of the best places to just relax and rejuvenate. The team consisting of James, Awasthy, Kamal, Manirul, Najeem (hearing impaired if am not mistaken),Mini, Abhijeet and Jishnu (hope I havent missed any names) went out of their way to pamper us. Sadly the spa was closed. The property is located very next to the beach and the best part was the stay in the room facing the backwaters. My concerns were basically since the rooms are spread with lagoon style water ponds a safety net or fence so that kids dont rush in to it.The pool area unfortunately didnt have a lifeguard and no one to monitor guests who dont follow proper dress code in the pool.The food was fresh and tasty, with prompt room service.Other than this I can say if you have 3 days break in Kochi just rush to CM Cherai and enjoy.

We had a recent stay at Club Mahindra Cherai. I would say amazing hospitality all the staff at Front desk was really helpful especially Silpa and Mini. Also the night duty staff at Front desk, cant able to recollect his name.All safety protocols have been taken care. The room was clean and neat. It is one of the best club Mahindra properties in Kerala. The cottage we got was beautiful and with a view of the lake. The property itself is big enough to roam around for a few hours. The beach is just opposite to the resort and the view could be enjoyed from one of the restaurants inside. Only issue we faced was with mosquitoes , they seemed to be a bit immune to the repellants. The place is having houseboat cruise inside the property itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful . My 2 year old daughter had a good time too..

Its a worth place for vacation.We spent 4 night here.The front office is very cooperative.All its housekeeping staff, restaurant staff and room service staff are polite and helpful.The food was delicious and they are ready to accommodate your choice also.A very good property of Club Mahindra.

The most disappointing Club Mahindra experience ever! The room we got had an extremely stinky bathroom, literally smelling like a public toilet. The management just super bad in addressing our issue. Because it was a busy weekend for the resort, and it was very convenient to skip 1 guest for them. We already adjusted on multiple things- broken TV, broken AC remote, no dental kit, no toiletries (not mentioned anywhere). Believing this RCI resort by trusting Club Mahindra was a mistake.

Brisk & easy check in procedures , nice rooms -spacious, Food and spread could have been better . Not up to the mark need to increase F& B production budget for better spread. Staffs with great attitude , always helpful even though its busy.

Overrated! Booked after reading the good reviews. Though our request for an early check-in was graciously accepted the previous day, we thankfully got delayed. By the time we reached there, our rooms were nor ready and the reception staff suggested us to have lunch and promised to arrange the rooms in 30 mins. After lunch we were accompanied to the rooms and then was informed that only one room is ready and the other will take more time. We waited for more than 1.5 hrs after the normal check in time with kids and family members badly wanting to rest after 5 hours of travel. It was not a pleasant conversation with the staff member who gave us a take it or better wait offer of another room (which is ready) on the other side of the property. Lunch and Dinner was not worth the money, but breakfast was sumptuous. Have to mention the courteous and good customer service experience at the restaurant. Rooms - were spacious, clean, but had mosquitos that gave us nightmares though the electronic repellents were switched on. Our request for a mat near the restroom was ignored and we had to walk around with wet feet inside the rooms. The property is beautiful, and gives good view of sunrise and sunset. Overall we had an average experience!

We had our team outing here on mar 2021. The resort is good. It is located just opposite to the cherai beach. The food was good.BUT...The water in the resort. yukkkkThee water in the swimming pool was very bad. You ll feel terrible if that water goes into your mouth. The funny part is that I am not sure what did they give us to drink. The drinking water was also bad.

Absolutely love this place😇 our Onam was spent there which was memorable and good. Wonderful and helpful staff!!! Disappointed with the service. Booking after reading the reviews. Reviews are highly overrated. Rooms are not cleaned, no proper response from the staff, food (veg and non-veg) are mixed together. Being a vegetarian we refrain from such acts. Acs are not operated in the dining area. The list goes on. Overall pathetic service and resort. I dont recommend a stay in this resort in Cherai.

Cherai beach resort is one of the peaceful resort in between back water lake and the arabian sea. Sunrise from backwaters and sunset at sea side.All kinds of fruit plants and trees, many flower plants, coconut trees and other beautiful plants spread across the resort and a big water pond full of fishes which you can do fishing as well.Currently the pool and spa are closed due to COVID19. However the restaurant and other amenities are open.Staff is courteous and helping, Wonderful experience.No compromise on hygiene and safety. No words sufficient to explain the scenic location and facilities.

The one bedroom apartment was very good. Good food and courteous staff. The attached private pool was great for children. Thy enjoyed it

Reviews for this resort are highly overrated! It’s the worst resort ever in the entire “Club Mahindra” chain of resorts. The food is really really bad, The rooms are so badly maintained, the Ac in the room does not work u, they don’t provide you with a mat for the bathroom and room service is another worst thing to add! Just totally disappointed with the kind of service and treatment for a 30 years membership with club mahindra. Had to leave earlier than our plan just because of the resort.

We went for a dayout there, but nothing much as expected. Dayout costs 1100 per person, we can use pool and gaming room. Staffs are not that friendly, buffet doesnt have too many options.

I have visited club Mahindra kochin, Thekkady and Munnar also, and Cherai beach resort was just not up to the standards of club Mahindra. The property was beautiful. But the rooms were not clean.

The staff was good.

The stay was very comfortable. The property was situated in a nice location, with a beach on one side and a back water lake on the other. The house boat ride during the sunrise time is extremely pleasant. The staff is hospitable, helpful and kind. The place during covid is extremely sanitised. The hotel room is homely and cozy, but the grandeur of other resorts of club Mahindra was missing. Partha and his team from the restaurant were very courteous and professional. The food was very tasty and the ingredients were fresh. We had two senior citizens whose needs were fulfilled by the team at club Mahindra. The beach is right outside the resort and is extremely clean. We went for the fish jumping activity however due to a rise in the water level, only a few fish were seen. The resort is 1hr away from the Kochi Airport which makes it easily accessible and convenient. The spa was also very nice and relaxing. Overall a nice experience and holiday.

Made the booking in advance. Room service is very very poor, i have asked for a bathroom door mate 6 hours back to two reception people, no response. Heater is not working, nobody came for the repair. This is the first bad experience from an esteemed group like Club Mahindra.

Good property, Front of club Mahindra is d beach & backwaters attached to the rooms.There is water sports close by to club Mahindra including scuba diving 🤿. You can try fishing at delta beach, where the river n sea meets.There is a boat house ride to inside the resort.

V stayed in d one BR Cottage, which had utmost privacy and a private pool with waterfront cottage... loved d stay...waiting for d next vacation here 👍.. Only negative point is d shortage of one BR rooms here.. only 3 in number

Strategically located with the beach in front and the back waters behind the resort, it was a great choice made for our college reunion.Our experience at the resort was also wonderful. The staff came across as friendly and accommodating. The place looks heavenly and is well maintained.The restaurants serve a variety of cuisine and delicious dishes.Our boating experience was great. The birthday decorations and the cake were too good.The whole group had a holiday that will not be forgotten for some time.

Good resort 30km away from Cochin International airport. Location is very nice. Front side Arabian sea and backside lake. Staffs are cooperative and helpful. Driver have only one bath toilet facilities. So morning our driver came late. These type of big resorts should keep two three bathrooms for drivers. Except everything fine.

Awesome place.

I was there with my family and friends. We got room on the first floor. Room is very spacious with wooden floor and ceiling. The toilet door was unable to lock, seems no one checked it before giving it to a customer. We asked for some cutleries and crockeries and waited almost 45 minutes to get it (called 3 times) In the night no one was picking up the phone. After couple of calls someone answered my call and they didn’t had bottled water to serve even I was willing to pay for that. They had only filtered water which is having some kind of taste difference. Next morning I asked for a refill for this water to make coffee and I had to call 2 or 3 times to get it.The property is good, nice ambience and they got a spacious parking too. But in terms of service from the staffs were not up to the mark. We do understand that due to the Covid situation many properties run with less staffs. But it was a weekend and all parking slots were full, seems the resort was running above 90% occupancy. In accordance with the situation more staff needs to be on shift for the smooth running especially on weekends!

Actually, I didnt want to give any stars. I stayed here with a friend who is a club mahindra member. He invited me to experience the stay and become a member of club mahindra. He said they are offering 5 star facilities at club mahindra properties. But here I had a local class hotel experience when it came to rooms.Air condition gone under maintenance in between, also the house keeping was not prompt. I hope club mainframe will shut it down soon or make the facilities better soon. Anyway, I have postponed the decision for becoming a member of club mahindra till I get a better experience.

Cherai..One of the beautiful place in Kerala. You travel around by auto,make your own plan or take support of travel desk. There is beach nearby wherein you can hangout in evenings and also have affordable food in nearby restaurant. You can also find delicious food in Club Mahindra resort. The staff is supportive. The place is quite far from Kochi airport. 2-3 days enough to travel around and relax here.

A place situated right on the beach. One of the most beautiful resorts in this area. They offer multiple activities for adults as well as children so you can roam around inside the resort and not get bored. Its bang opposite the Cherai beach so you just need to cross the road and youre at the beach. Also, this faces the backwaters too so its a lovely place to be.

Pool is not good, its very small. So called Cricket ground is full of trees and doesnt make sense to call it a ground. Not good for day outing.

After long time holiday to stress free club mahindra Cherai is the best resort to visit and relax. Following all the safety precautions guidelines and hassle free check in and Check out process. Really we are in digital India now all process through online. Had cycling and fishing. My kids enjoyed magic show by Mr. Ashok all the best.

One of the best properties we have stayed. Located close to three beaches and back waters in the midst of the resort is breathtaking! One of the beaches is mesmerising with back waters joining the sea. Rooms are well laid out and comfy with all the amenities one looks for. Highlight is the ever helpful staff making the stay comfortable. Greenery is amazing!

The place is right at the heart of cherai beach.It is a well maintained property close to the beaches. One of the best resorts around the place with plenty of near by activities. With one side access to the beach and another side to the backwaters of cherai youll never out of adventure.Theres a rooftop bar attached restaurant where you can grab your drinks with the meals of your choice. The dishes in the bat menu is limited though.You can hang around in the neighborhood and have excellent seafood varieties from the nearby street food stores as well.
