Worst experience.I stayed there for 5 days for an exam near anagamali.1. No proper air conditioning and no trained A/ c technician. They have centralized A/c. Its compressor got complained many times. On the 2nd day and 5th day we were forced to sleep the entire night with out A/c. Only option was a fan. You cant even open the window due to mosquito problem.They will collect the entire amount for A/c room and didnt even say sorry when it got complaint.I called to reception nearly 20 times in these 5 days due to A/c complaints.2. There was some maintenance work going on the 2nd floor. We were provided rooms in the 3rd floor. There was sound of heavy drilling and nobody can sleep till 5 pm on the 1st day. We called and argued with the receptionist. Only after that the problem solved.3. Only thing good was their food. But it was costly.4. They had 2 receptionist both of them didnt even know what to do when a customer complains. They didnt have any A/c technician in the night. They will say work is going on. But when we checked nobody was there and the receptionist just sitting there with out bothering the complaints.Please dont waste your money. There were better options at cheaper rate available nearby.

We had lunch from this hotel. There are plenty of seating capacity. Everything is neat and tidy. There is no rush at all. We can have our food peacefully. However, the usual Thali which includes fish curry also is not up to the standard when we compare with the other items, facilities and arrangements. The payasam is very good as well as the beef fry and pork fry. The price is little high.

My initial experience was great, it was a very great check-in. quality of hotel was great, corridor and room was extra ordinarily large. Now here comes why did I deduct a star, water wasnt that hot and AC wasnt cold. since I checked in late at night around 11:30 pm and I had early checkout like 5:30 am in the morning, there wasnt any bell boy available so I carried all my luggage myself from 3rd floor to ground all the way to my car.I liked the hotel as the family, hotel quality is really good.

Elite palazzo used to be constant breakfast place although food quality and service have deteriorated. But this review is about my stay experience with the hotel. I had booked a stay in the hotel. During the checkout, unfortunately I forgot to take few beauty care products from the room. But as soon as I remembered about them I called the reception and asked them to keep them safely so that I can collect it during my next visit. But to my surprise, they said they found no such thing.Its terrible that their staffs are acting so unprofessional and worst part is they didnt care to apologise for the mistake from their part. Thinking of it, I am glad that I didnt forget my jewellery .on the brighter side, their new rooms are spacious and clean unlike the old ones. So hence giving two stars

Good location with about 15min drive from airport. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is also supportive.The restaurant gets closed by 1030pm, so if checking in late make prior arrangements. However the restaurant staff did support as there were few travelers checking in by around 1030-1100pm.We went with an infant and the restaurant person supported by preparing special meal for the kid (we went with the ingredients and they will help with the cooking).

Hotel is near the Cochin airport. V were provided with a car to pick us up from the airport. Room was spacious. Electric switches were a bit confusing. Hospitality was good. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall a nice stay if one needs to stay near Cochin airport. But it is far off from main town and areas of sight seeing.

Ambiance and food was fine but while check in we were allotted a room where it can be opened from outside after locking it and we were told to wait for longer time than expected. So we decided to go back to reception for check out as they were not allotting the new room. After that long wait and argument we got another room at 1:00 am.

Hotel is good, 15 min away from airport

It was warm experience from reception. Check-in was done within minutes. Although i booked deluxe room they allotted me with Suite room as an upgrade. The room was very big and spacious. AC system was conventional but the room sufficiently cold in these hot summer days. Mini fridge, TV , Coffee set, newspaper, Bathroom sets vere main of amminites provided. Bathroom is considerably small for room of its size. Bathroom had a bathtub. Few drawbacks were of like wifi was limited in coupons of 1 gb. The room didnt had seperate lock from inside which could be manually operated although it had main automated lock but it could be opened by hotel staff who same lock key card anytime, as concern of privacy and security of couple or women travellers a seperate manual lock from inside will be more good. Altogether it was Pleasent stay.As for couple its super experience with friendly staffs. Good place for arranging functions and events.

Its nice place and value for money. It is near to Airport and they provide Complimentary drop or pickup. Early hours of day (2AM), they provided us packed breakfast also which was beyond my expectation. Superb Service and hospitality by their team members.

Please read this review if someone planning for buffet.I have visited couple of time there since it located near to my office. Experience on food quality was mixed, sometimes average & sometime extremely pathetic.Its depends on you luck. The ambience is above average here.The non-vegetarian dishes are very less as compared to other buffet & taste is also not good. Some non-vegetarian dishes are less cooked & others are over cooked.The deserts are average. Just vanila ice cream & payasam.Most disappointed case was buffet serving bowls are empty most of the time & they are too lazy to fill them.There is no benefit for pre-booking there since they will not do any necessary arrangements.I think if you need a good food & service, its better to plan other places.

Usual as a 3 star hotel. Have all facilities which found in any 3 star hotels. I couldnt find anything inferior other than choices available at buffet. It is average but good and will pacify your appetite. Cleanliness and condition of rooms are satisfactory. Staffs behaves very well.

Hotel Elite Palazzo is very close to the main junction of Angamaly off National Highway. Kochi International Airport is about 10 kms from here. KSRTC bus stand, Little Flower Hospital, St. George Basilica and St. Hormis Cathedral are at a distance of less than 500 meters. The Adlux Convention Centre is just 5 km away. They offer very good service to the customers. Good food and beaverages are available here.

It was way beyond the free cancellation timeline but Hotel Manager Ms. Surya patiently listened to me and as an understanding initiated refund after deducting 1 rooms charge. Thank you very much. Booked Deluxe Room, but surprisingly they upgraded to Suite Room. This was my third visit to hotel based on previous performance. The hotel is maintaining same status as seen during first visit two years ago.Pros:1) Room charges are highly economical as compared to the facility/ size of rooms.2) On highway near junction for NH & MC Road, near market area.3) Ample car parking space4) Nice buffet lunch having various veg and non- veg options.5) Reception is very cordial, all the time.Cons:1) Room cleaning done only once reminded at reception2) For room service, or house keeping, finally reception is the focal point.Breakfast buffet options are limited to typical south- india dishes.As the hotel in on highway roadside, never felt any security concern even during late night entry.Staffs are very cordial and supportive wheneve demanded any special service w.r.t. baby.

Place looks contemporary with 3 star facilities. They provide buffet on weekends which is just basic with minimal cost. Buffet priced only Rs 300, which is beneficial for travelers as they need not worry on waitime and additional charges.

Hotel bed and reception area is good. Hotel is really far from city even from airport. They have limitted staff. Ordered coffee and waited 1 hour and finally skipped it. No towels in washroom. They are not ready for international visitors. Plug points will not work if u r from North america. Breakfast is 200 but it is not worth for the money. Staff really needs training on how to pay attention to guests. Front desk person couldnt give answers without Madams input. it can be a good one if they improve service. One more wifii access also they give after Madam confirm.. these are standard items should be part of check in

Room was good, but different from the one showed on their website. What we got was smaller in size than advertised on their website.Food OK, but very slow service in the restaurant. Room service was just fine, but the plates were left outside my room for over 24 hours. I felt that they were really short staffed. But the available staff were friendly and supportive.Location of the hotel is good, just on the national highway in Ankamaly Town, ten minutes from the airport. No disturbances in the room.Has a bar where you can get beer and wine.

The hotel is good. But we had. a nice experience last time when we visited. The room that was given that time was a spacious one. This time we were given at the older block side. The room was also at the end. Through the window we could see part of the next building. We felt we were put in a corner near to their housekeeping room. At times we could hear loud noise and the staff talking loudly. This was not what we expected. The food was ok.

This is a nice hotel, right on the highway, so remember to ask for rooms looking over the front yard rather than the highway. Parking is plenty and safe. We had gone to clean our home in Kerala after the floods and we stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while making day trips to home for cleaning. In room food service menu is poor. What i mean is that the food service menu has a lot of options, but each time you call the restaurant, they have very very limited food items available for in room breakfast or dinner and they keep pushing you to come down for Buffet Breakfast and Dinner. Not sure i understood why. I have requested them that they should either change the menu or support everything that they list in the menu. Since we were working all day cleaning up the house, we always looked forward to good breakfast and dinner and we were disappointed. Eventually we started to order from outside or eat out. The people working in the hotel and the service folks are very good and cordial. The restaurant folks can be trained to be a bit more cordial and give customer service the most importance because they are in this business where he only thing that matters is customer service.

Worst receptionist ever, they have policy of 12 noon check-in and check out, if u reach early or late they dont entertain, happened to me today.

I stayed this hotel for a day on 26 Jan 2018.Good location ,nearest to Angamaly Railway station and bus station.Big rooms with decent furnitures and clean bath room fittings.My overall experience is satisfactory.Some findings-1.No one was available for baggage when i check in to the hotel.I had to find out the room myself 2.One inside wall of the room was not in good condition.Pics attached3,Tooth paste and tooth brush were not provided . 4.Served only one small bottle of water for each person,No RO water and  additional water bottle request was refused5.Used plates and food waste of my just opposite room kept in the floor while I was entering into my room first time.The same used plates and food waste were lying there itself till I check out next day noon.It was not looks good to me when ever I came out from the room

Nice experience to have a lunch with all my colleagues. The ambience is good, spacious clean and neat restaurant with a customer friendly crew.The menu is wonderful, if you wanna do a quick lunch, that is also possible.About car parking: If it is raining, the parking space will get filled with water and the driver need to swim till the area where the car was parked.

Hotel is located by the main road. this is a positive as well as limiting factor also. positive because of approachability and negative because traffic sound will disturb your sound sleep. hotel has huge parking space. rooms are clean. though fittings are not very new. food is delicious. For those who want to catch their flight they should have a margin of 25 min to reach airport because of traffic and unexpected Barrier at Railway Crossing ( on one of the route chosen by the Pic up and drop team) .overall nice experience.

The hotel is comfortably situated in the nearest town to the Cochin Bodyshop international Airport. All the transportation system Public Bus and rail are easily accessible. The new rooms on 3rd floor are good. Not sure how to get them on online booking as the hotel can allot any deluxe room. Had to ask for the dental kit, face and floor towels which wasnt provided in room. Restaurant lacked most seafood items which were in menu. Breakfast was good.

The worst experience I ever had from the time of check in to checkout. In online site they are showing one rate and actual rate is different. And if any chance checked in early they will be charge RS. 2000 to 2500 as early check in charge . Here not ends the suffering. At the time of meal the ordered item didnt given and the staff argued and insulted. I will never suggest this place. Hell is lot better than here

Been here as an intermediate stop on the way to munnar. Overall had a great experiance. Nice and spacious room. Rooms are very well equipped, neat and clean. Restaurant also serves good food. Only downside is the customer service, although it is not bad, but they could improve.

This is a very nice hotel for family to stay, and it is quite close to the Cochin international airport, the room is very spacious and clean except for the phone which was not working properly due to loose contact, the choice of free breakfast that comes along with the room was very nice with different choices to make, the staff of the hotel are very nice, humble,polite, courteous and very very helpful, I enjoyed the food that I ordered from the room service especially dragon chicken,it was just mind blowing and tasty, the best that I have ever tasted so far, overall me and my wife had a pleasant stay over here, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for any families visiting Cochin,this hotel is very close to the airport as well as to Angamaly railway station.

The Hotel is located on the left side of Angamali - Aluva road, near to the petrol pump. Adequate parking facilities are available. The services provided were excellent for the party I attended here. The rates are reasonable and easy to pay via different methods. The staffs are co-operative and provides a decent service.

Around 4 KM from airport. Rooms are good but not maintained well. Bathroom needs maintenance.

I chkd in around 6 pm on 1st of Sept 17. Security was there in gate and bell boy came to pick the luggaes. Reception is fast and quock, no delay occured for chk in procedures. Room is clean and neat. Bed and all set properly, perfect Ac.Even though we came back late night, production ppl were ready to take orders. Room service is fast and brilliant (Even though the food is bit costly).Breakfast included in CP plan is extravagent. Could never see such varity options in Budget hotels.Over all experience is great.Highly recommandable.

Budget hotel near airport, on a national highway.Food is OK, location is good in the sense that there are many shops nearby. They do provide one way transfer to/from the airport.Mine was a somewhat mixed experience. I had booked a superior room and during check-in I was upgraded to a suit, and only after settling in did I realise it was a bad choice. The room was right in the middle (they have a weird room layout) which meant there was no view from the window. All I could see was a wall. When I enquired and asked to shift me to a room I had booked they informed me there were no rooms available currently. So the upgrade was not really an upgrade after all. They offered to shift me to a room next day after 12 PM. I declined as wed be out exploring the city during the day and there was no point returning late evening and shifting again. They could definitely improve in ensuring the rooms are cleaner, specially bathrooms. The suit allotted to us had a peculiar smell in the bathroom. We initially thought somebody had smoked in there but it seems thats a smell you get in the corridors as well. It just gets a little overwhelming in the bathroom. Hotel staff did help us by getting some room fresheners which they placed in the bathroom. I guess our nostrils got used to the smell afterwards. The corridors are very noisy as due to closed space, weird room alignment and no sound proofing, it can get very noisy as the sound echoes. I had to come out of my room asking a group of people who were checking in late night to cut on the noise as it was getting very difficult to sleep due to the huge echoes and they just werent stopping chatting with each other right outside their rooms. Some sound proofing on corridors would be beneficial for improving the overall stay experience.They use yellow lights in rooms. It just dampens the entire atmosphere. They should use white lights.Hotel has an indoor restaurant which serves OK food. Breakfast buffet was also OK. Id recommend this hotel for short stop over and I think thats the kind of clientele it currently services.

AC isnt working properly in any of the deluxe rooms. I had put AC and fan in full speed. Even then cooling wasnt sufficient. When I checked with the staff they said in deluxe room thats the max cooling. If I wanted more cooling I ll have take a suite it seems.I expect an AC deluxe room to be cool as well.Polite staff though.

We stayed here for one night because it was nearby to cochin airport and we had an early flight. The hotel has ample car parking. The rooms are well furnished neat and spacious. But bed was not comfortable. Food was good.

Nice room! We stayed in the Executive room (consisting of two double beds). Nice new room.

They had decent rooms but the construction is old and old constructions come with their usual problems. They have made few very good renovated rooms with wooden floaring and all amenities and also are very spacious. The service is awful. No one responds in Room Service and Housekeeping. Their overall response is very poor. The food was decent.

Beware of this place.The hotel staffs are cheaters. They try to charge unnecessarily extra without proper proofs. They charged 1500 extra saying there were some food stains in the blanket. But they did not show it to me initially.They gave me my bills, etc.initially. I paid the bills and she also got my Feedback on their feedback book. After that the receptionist informed me about food stains in bedsheets. When I asked them I would like to see it as i did not notice it and was not aware , they pulled a blanket from their laundry room and showed me. It was just few Minutes after I came out of the room.If there were stains they should have shown it to me in the room while they were removing it. I was waiting in the reception. I could have gone to the room to view it. It looked like a fake proof. When I asked, got to know that none of their staffs or managers saw it. It was a claim from the house keeping. When we asked for proof, he pulled some blanket from laundry and none of them (receptionist, manager etc. actually saw it earlier when the househouse cleared it from the room) .note : the used plates etc.were still lying in the room for several hours.Initially they mentioned a different room number. I corrected them with my correct room number,then they changed it to my room number.Regarding taxi for airport transfer they mentioned complementary and gave me a bill of 500 when I was about to vacate. When I booked 6 hours prior to the pick up, they did not mention about the charges. Also their receptionist called me twice to confirm the time, etc. She didnt mention anything about the charge.During the final billing, she mentioned only one way is free and other is chargeable. She told me she checked with her Manager and couldnt make it complementary. I agreed to pay. Then when her manager came to discuss about bedsheet issue, got to know he was not even aware about the airport transfer charge that they billed. He finally returned the 500 that they charged for airport transfer saying it is complementary and not sure why she billed.Casually a receptionist asked my flight time and she knew I didnt have much time. So started delaying the bills and finally pressurizing me to pay the extra 1500. As I would miss my flight if I wait there longer, I had to pay it.Concerns :1. They initially told about another room number multiple times and when I corrected it, they changed it to my room number.2. As I was waiting in the reception, they could have shown the bedsheet to me in the room before saying they already took it to laundry.3. Initially they made me pay the bills for the rest and got my feedback on their book. After that they told me about bedsheet. They could have told me at first point when they got a complaint.Worst experience.Apart from that lunch meals was good.Biriyani was not good.Overall cleanliness, etc.were fair.

Break fast is not good. We had a plate of idili vada its charged 200 per plate . Idili was hard we were not able to break into pieces. There was no chutney served. The bath tub was in very bad conditions. The shower curtain was very dirty . Room no 301.

Good food and stay at reasonable price.

It was nice experience. For example an Electrician was ready to attend to the faults at midnight just on a call with out showing face and with very polite behavior. I saw in him a passion of service. I do not know his name. Though he had go 3/4 times up and down he saw to it that with some alternate way he satisfies the client. Keeping that as a model all can take him as a role model in giving service to the customers. given a chance I will choose again the same hotel for my next stay.

Near to Kochi International Airport but distant from Aluva railway station.2. Easily traceable in Angamaly. It is placed alongside of the road. Stationed in the Market.3. Rooms are spacious and bed is also cozy.4. Bathroom is also very spacious5. Parking facilities available6. Centralised AC and Fan7. Lifts8. RestuarantBad :1. Restuarant food menu is limited. Needs more improvement2. Parking area says : “ parking at your own risk”. I don’t know why ?

Best place to stay in cochin & the rooms are very well & good.Co-operative and Friendly staff with kind heart.Rooms are really best rooms and the food is really very good & tasty.Hotel Staff is very good. THotel Elite Palazzo really provides the Best service.

This place provides you with really good food and comfort.. The only problem i found was the a limited parking area.

Good hotel in Angamaly about 5 kms from Cochin International airport. The hotel is situated in a good location on the NH. The ambience is good. Serves good food. Ample parking space. Ideal hotel for tourists coming to Kerala.

Wonderful stay. Staying for the third time. This time provided a room with bathtub. And was really good. Nice time with Elite palazzo.

Good hotel providing quality food and clean rooms. Spacious carparking and a good bar are the added attractions. Close proximity of the airport, railway station and bus stand makes it convenient to the travellers.

Makemytrip showed near Cochin airport but in reality 6+ Km far. To be fair there werent many hotels near airport. Rooms were spacious but complimentary breakfast wasnt included in our package(didnt provide option) though served to other guests. They do provide free transfers for one way to airport though. Had a bad experience with AC, had to call maintenance at 3 AM to get it repaired.

Excellent room, bathroom, room service, breakfast and ambience. Plus there is parking space available. Chicken biryani was awful though. The banquet is spacious and so is the dining area. The reception hall is grand. Not too far from the airport.

Room allotted was good. Nice food. Loved the stay

Decent car parking. A bit of communication issue with the staff else they are very friendly and courteous. Nothing great to mention about the food other than saying ut wasnt a bad experience , did not try the buffet though.
