Reviewing on September 30th 2021-I had visited this mall 2 years back and hadn’t visited since because of the ongoing pandemic, and got a chance to visit it today as I came to know a lot of things changed. Unfortunately, it seems the renovations (mainly limited to the play area/ upper floors) aren’t completed, but it sure looks like there are going to be major changes as they have completed renovating and started operating the gaming arcade part of the fun zone; it looks cooler than before. However, the bowling alley and Rebound Trampoline Park are still under renovation and is said to be open on the first week of October. The mall has a lot of dining as well as fast food restaurants that offer a wide variety of cuisines, including a Taco Bell. Some shops seem to have closed down with other ones coming up in their places. The mall has showrooms and boutiques of almost all major brands, which makes it a place to find anything and everything. Despite the pandemic, the mall stills sprawls with visitors, especially during the evenings and weekends. The best time to visit the mall considering the present scenario is weekday mornings. One can easily get to the mall by metro, avoiding all the hassle on the road. A place you could consider if you want to have fun and spend time with your friends and family once in a while if you reside anywhere in Kochi and worth travelling all the way to if you live anywhere else in Kerala.

Well maintained and spacious. Shows the vision to bring a world quality shopping experience to Kerala. The floors are well organized and structured. The staff are professional and courteous. The premises are well maintained and clean. Only challenge you may come across is the crowd. The place is crowded and using escalators and lifts are a challenge. Also, you may find people using mobile phone cameras indiscriminately which can affect your privacy.

It is biggest shopping mall in India and one of the popular mall in asia located in ernakulam.There is a direct footover bridge way from metro rail station. Lullu hypermarket is best and I never seen any malls because each product cateogery is equal our retail outlet supermarket. Dry fruit section is really amazing. Many branded stoores also there in this mall like(Levies,Peter England,Allensolly,woodland). Inox screens availbale in last floor. Parking space is very spacious. One word about this mall is really awesome😍👌👌👌👌. I never ever seen this type of mall in metro cities(Hyderabad,chennai,banglore,Mumbai and kolkata)

The mall is huge, so be prepared to walk a lot. I didnt feel it was as vibrant as malls in Bangalore. There were droves of people flooding the mall and it still seemed spacious. There is an open rooftop that allows natural sunlight. So, your photos turn out really good there.

I have so many good memories related to Lulu. Movie days, Eating days, Ice skating days, Time pass days..... I learn ice skating from Lulu, which started just out of curiosity. 3-4 years ago I used to spend my day time in Lulu with my laptop for working and for ice skating. Lulu really deserves full star.

It is one the biggest mall in Kochi or I can say it is the only mall. It is worth the visit. Though the collection is not as good as there is in malls but it okayish. The basic amenities is good and for now due to Covid reasons they are no dine-in services.One time visit is recommended.✌🏼

Amazing experience the staffs and security are helpful and they are doing their best for the customers. All the area are kept clean if you need help, approach any staff near by. Get the discount paper sheet and were gloves from the front deak before entering the lulu supermarket( rule due to the pandemic). Try their live food counters section . Nice place to spend a day with family. Top floor has an array of multi brand restaurants catering wide variety of pallets. It has a small amusement park for children which they will surely enjoy. They also take your contact mobile number for future visits.The mall was quiet with very few people around, probably due to corona, it felt safe to visit here today (Tuesday).

Largest mall in Kerala. I have been living in Kochi for 10 years now and I still have not explored every corner of this mall. Incredible amount of shops and restaurants. Hypermarket offers foreign products you might not get elsewhere.Ample parking space is there, but it might take you ages to find a free spot. Also, I think the cost for parking is a little too high. If you can, I recommend taking the Metro over using a car, it makes life a lot easier.

Its a great place with almost everything under the sun available here, from day to day purchase to books, jewellery, watches, garments, footwear, electronics and what not. Food court is another attraction, but right now whether its open am not sure as we didnt go there. Enough parking spaces available.

Lulu is a weekend hangout area of Cochin. It provides with almost everything you required, starting from Lulu hypermarket (even fresh fish and meat are available), fashion store , electronic gadgets , jewellery, antiques, Ayurvedic product shops, book store, Archies store, store of different brand watches and bags, cosmetics,etc. Different varieties of food ( veg and non veg )are provided both at the hypermarket at Ground floor (less expensive than food court) and the food court at 3rd floor. Even though all rules of covid-19 are displayed everywhere and the staff is trying to sanitize the area, people are uncontrollable during weekends so, its not a good time to hangout out with senior citizens and kids. The play zone for kids at 3rd floor is working and its observed that after each ride staff sanitize the seats well. Elaborate parking area is available and parking fee is to be paid before getting out. Also while parking the vehicle, staff and automatic sensor system are available to help us park the vehicle, while leaving the parking zone guidance to nearest road like NH-17 or NH-47 are provided. Kochi Metro exclusive terminal is available for Lulu.
