Very bad reception. As soon as I came to check in, they are telling me to cancel my online booking and take re-booking from their end. They wanted to earn more money, maybe. I was travelling for more than 6 hours and they asked me to do all this, without even giving me the room keys. I checked in at 4 pm and next day, I asked for a few hours extension on check out. They literally had no guests and still charged me a fortune for the 2 extra hours I took. Hotel room is good, but the receptionist and the staff are very rude. Im myself a hotelier and have never experienced such a unwelcoming experience.

No space for accompanying 3 persons in double room. They give no bed for 3rd person if any. Rest of the hospitality is good.

Hotel room was very neat and clean ,staff is gud and gud ambience ,excellent service .

The Hotel location is very near to metro station and good place to stay with family. Staffs are very helpful and polite. And u will get all kind of foods from their restaurant, well maintained rooms and Conference Hall.

Good place to stay, with a few parking spots in front. The receptionist and manager are very courteous and professional. They are very helpful in guiding you during your stay. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Its just 200 meters from the Metro station. You can order food in the room. Dine in not available yet. They can arrange transportation as well, for an extra cost.

Rooms are small.. but its clean... Its a new hotel.. reception by staff is very good.. if you have come here for a holiday where u use room only to sleep at night then this is it.. if u r here to relax at hotel then better take a different one where rooms are bigger.

A nice hotel with premium facility AC Rooms and related services at a very convenient location. Metro station at walkable distance is a big plus. Well coordinated and enthusiastic team to ensure guests a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Wishes them all the very best.

I havent confirmed any bookings with this hotel till now but before making the confirmation i had very bad experience. Never seen such an irresponsible staffs in my life especially the front office (Manoj) and Front office manager. Dont have any courtesy to answer my query at all. Very disappointing. Please avoid these places.

Spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff and good location (next to Kalamassery Metro station).

Its average and ok from stay purpose . We were on business trip and it was comfortable stay .price wise deal could be slightly lower than what it offers . Their kitchen is not very functional though , manages to provide everything with little lag .Staff is warm and friendly , but limited resources .

Room was small but overall it was good. It was close to the town so any time we could go out and come back with ease.
