Not very good experience. It is a very old apartment building and mostly flats. I booked just for one person and they given me a 2BHK apartment flat. Rooms where horribly dirty ( pics attached ) . Probability they have just 2 persons taking care of full OYO property here . I could find all kind of pest on bed and seepage and cracks in wall all over. Bathroom was more cleaner then room i guess !! it was night when i checked-in , there was no lights in lounge area neither in rooms well . No phones in rooms, i had to walk back all the way till ground floor to tell this and person in-charge coolly suggested me yes ,yes you can go back, lights will come back in 5 minutes i believe you can get more better room for single person in this price .Only Pros - it is very near to Metro and Federal bank junction with lots of good food options. ( only reason i booked it )

The worst oyo rooms. Full of dust and fungus. Already informed oyo to clean the rooms and bathrooms as we went with families but no one cared. Bathrooms were not having locks too. 2 family stays in one apartment. So locks are must, but they think its not.

. The apartment needed cleaning and maintenance. Plaster was coming out of walls.. No toiletries were provided or asked for.. The bed was not clean.Pro:. Spacious two bed room apartment. Adjacent to Aluva metro station and Rajiv Gandhi Private bus standWouldnt recommend for family stay and wouldnt visit again.

The rooms are modern and pretty (along with a bathroom) and offers much more that too at a small price. It comes with AC rooms, sofas, chairs and tables, spacious beds, induction and basic kitchen utensils. The rooms are clean enough and the guy who met us at the reception was really friendly and helped us out multiple times. Parking space is also available.

Excellent Hotel for a private stay. However the toilet could be better!
