Rooms are just OK, Good for 2 people, but with a child alongwith, it is just enough, not so great. Smooth checkin and checkout, no hassles. Served breakfast at room due to covid restrctions, it can be improved a lot. Got breakfast after reminders . For a room of 3 people, when we ordered 2 dosas, only 1 vada was present with very less side curris like sambar, and there was no syrup for the pancake. We had to explicitly request for syrup to have with pancake.Dinner was good, though expensive.Please keep enough toiletries for 2 people.

This is a decent hotel for quick business travel. Friendly staff who are helpful and not very over zealous.The rooms are okay, slightly old school, small, but to be fair, decent for the price. Considering that this is a 5-star property, it is not very luxurious. The breakfast buffet is also just okay, not superb as some of the other reviews say.

The buffet breakfast was good, gym has opened after covid crisis. Spa, Pool, Sauna & steam yet to be opened. Staff was polite, helpful even though service is lagging. We waited 15mins for getting our entry key card replaced on second day due to some technical error from Radisson. Overall it seems to be a budget hotel (not in price range) when compared with Hyatt.

Prahallad chef he try to accommodate your need4. Laxmi, Sangeetha, Anamika, Sreejesh & more at coffee shop starts your day awesome, if you skip your lunch also not an issue due to best breakfast! Laxmi Kumar does varieties of dosas & omelette 👍5. Front desk, Mili & Ajith were helpful in allocating good room6. Housekeeping were our all time favourite as they keep the room nice & clean, we need this support in this Covid situation7. Best place for people who want to waste their time and test their patience. Staff are well behaved, but the way its managed is a total mess. Sorry, but cant give more than a single star.

Wonderful place, you will love it. We got a room with a small Foyer so that two people could work comfortably. Had nice onam feast at roof top. Since it was pandemic, staffs were less (i guess) however they could manage all requirements well. Swimming pool wasnt open due to covid-19 guidelines. Morning breakfast was awesome, you have different options to choose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The rate per night was economical and affordable.

Dined at the roof top restaurant. Excellent service, lovely ambience and delicious fare. Special mention to Mr Shyam and Mr Likith to look after us during the evening.

I had to arrange a surprise birthday evening for one of my friends.I called the hotel, had a conversation with one of their employee Shyam.He arranged everything beautifully at high bar restaurant which is an open roof restaurant inside hotel.The food, ambience, decoration, ebery thing was amazing.The staffs were really humble.A 6 star for the service!!

All staffs were good and helpful and The food was also very good.stay wasn’t much as i expect, about the room is very small and main door wasn’t protected with door beading so at night light and sound from outside were coming in, bathroom shower mixer handle was keep coming out please tighten it well, It had to break the glass because the shower area is very small,nothing was in the minibar, no iron box inside, no slippers inside.

I had stayed here earlier as well. It all remained the same, the quality at which they run this place.The breakfast is the best feature here.Rooms were clean. services were punctual and prompt.Issue faced : slow running drainage of the room. slight water stagnation after you take a bath. kindly fix it soon.

Clean, functional and well spaced rooms with good service and amenities. The staff are pleasant and kind. There isnt pool, or bar currently functioning due to covid protocols, but room service and dining is available. The wifi is good inside rooms and has average speed of 3Mbps which should be sufficient for basic chats, mails and other work related stuffs. Food delivery is allowed, however have to pick it up from the lobby personally. For some reason we had to pay immediately for in-room coffee/tea services and didnt have a tab assigned for our room, and we didnt clarify it either.Overall its okay and good enough, if not too memorable in its entirety. Will definitely be considering this again, for short stays.

It is one of the best hotels in kerala. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Staff here are all very polite, loving and willing to help. The stay was wonderful....apt and sincere reception at front desk . my check in was at 2pm and I reached early at 10...still had a warm reception without delay without any extra cost. breakfast buffet is awesome. number of delicacies and its quality is praiseworthy. the staff is very very helpful and pleasant all the time. room service is also beyond words... location is another catch point of this beautiful stay. 5 stars to it.

Lovely hotel with wide rooms and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff responds immediately. The breakfast buffet was filled with plenty items catering for many tastes. I would give 5 star, if not for the fact the bed was too small. It should be wider for couples with 1 kid

I stayed this hotel in a superior room with my family. Room was not spacious compared with other 5 star hotel, but it was neat and clean and it was enough much and better to consider the room rates. Very good behavior of the staffs including serving food are appreciable. Breakfast are extremely considerable, we liked it.Security guards co operation was also nice.

I stayed in 2205. It was an excellent stay here. The food choice is awesome. I had the breakfast buffet here. Wide selection of items were available. Room was spacious, comfortable and feature packed for the price as compared to other hotels i stayed in.We met with Chef Vishal. He was very nice guy and had a good interaction.

Stayed for two days and I personally experienced only a 2 star stay, not 5 star. Food was worst and room service was not up to the mark ( may be due to less staff). Even if you face any emergency, no one will answer your call.It was a complete big disappointment. Never felt a Radisson Blu 5 star stay.

Room was good, but room service is pathetic. As covid, in restaurant is not open only in-room dining is allowed. But if you order anything, it takes atleast an hour to reach. Its not only the case with foods which need preparation, even ice cubes which is always ready takes minimum 1 hour

We booked a room for 3 people.The bar was not open near the pool which was very widely advertised even near the lobby.And at night I asked for extra mineral water and they were really hesitatant to bring the water.They provided 4 half litre bottles for 3 people and they were arguing that its enough for us.Just drinking water and they cant provide us even that, didnt like the tone of the person who took the call. TV has limited channels only.The view was nice. The pool was nice. The room was nice.The breakfast was really nice. So giving a 3 star as I expected a better service.

Food was good, bit on the expensive side. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we expected it to have at that price point. Their breakfast buffet was by far my favourite on the whole Kerala Trip, It had lots of option based on different regions of India including live kitchen. It had something for everyone and was yummy too. Their roof top bar High Bar needs a overhaul in my opinion, it has a severe mosquito problem and needs to improve ambiance of the place. Metro station is 1 minute walk from hotel which is added benefit.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city with good connectivity to cabs/metros/food joints/shopping. The staff are very courteous and professional. The rooms are big and spacious with neatly maintained washrooms. Buffet breakfast had an amazing spread.

For 2 star rating I will go step by step on all aspects.firstly when I drive in there is no security for assisting car parking.For check-in it took 15 mins( first time experiencing this in a 5star hotel).The rooms are good but the pillow look like 10 yrs old and flattened like anything .matress is ok.room ambience is good with blue shades and all.room services are little slow pace.we stayed in bussiness class suites

Good experience, kids had wonderful time. Room was really clean. Was provided with facilities to make tea/cofee. We had an ac room. Almost same quality as in Germany. Toilets were equipped well. Only problem found was there was no sheet /floor mat outside bathroom, which is required for Indians.
