Nice place to stay. Near to durbar hall ground. And near to Ernakulam South railway station(Rs.25/- for auto at night). If you want to stay as a couple , you have to show your marriage certificate. There is a hotel just near the entrance of Lodge, so no worries for food. The rooms are clean and with tv, Ac, hot water etc. I have paid Rs.999/- for one day, which includes breakfast from their restaurant.All over a good option for families.

Its just around 1km away from Erkulam South (Junction) Railway Station and Erkulam Jetty KSRTC Stand. Small rooms at an affordable rate. Highly reccomended for solo travellers. Passenger lift is not available here. Friendly staff is the main attraction and a restaurant is there at ground floor. In one word, Value for money ☺ï¸

Situated at a Walkable distance from South Railway station. Stayed both at single room and double room on different occasions. Single room is small in space but ample space for a single person. Rooms are actually old ones but they have painted it and are trying to keep it clean. Bedsheet was stinky but they replaced it on request. Complementary breakfast is provided in the restaurant adjacent to it. Choices for breakfast are limited but enough to fill your tummy. Overall ok for a single day stay.

Convenient location with good accessibility. And the restaurant in the ground floor is also not bad. But in terms of service quality, hygeine of amenities , room cleanliness , attitude of reception staff etc they should improve a lot. The rooms are smaller and bathrooms are not clean enough compared to other Oyo rooms. The air conditioning is also worst with no control over the temperature

The rooms are quite comfortable and neat. The location is also good. Transportation is available to nearby railway station and bus stand so its quite convenient to get to and fro. The elevator is a vintage one which remind us of the old times when we had to open two chain like doors manually and get in and close the door in order to go up and down. Here still that is present

Average room. Nice location The room was not well furnished and lacked freshness although it was spacious. Linen were old and dim. One window door doesnt have a buckle. However they provided me toiletries and mineral water bottle. Check-in and check-out processes were quick.

Not a bad option the hall is a bit cluastrophobic.. Tea was good .. Heard Biryani is good yet to try situated next to TDM Hall

I stayed here for 3 nights rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Customer friendly staffs worth of money strongly recommending this OYO for whore looking for budget friendly rooms

Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was quite busy, all tables full but did not have to wait very long before a table came free. Ordered the Koonthal (squid) roast, Kappa curry, Manchurian gobi, 2 parotas. All had very good flavours, not oily and generous portions for the price. There was just 2 of us and had more food than we could finish.

Good room.Very noisy due to exhaust system of restaurant below.No bath mat near bathroom door.Excellent location, near to Durbar Hall, Shiva Temple and Marine Drive.Window glass was broken and not closing properly - easy entry for mosquitoes.Comedian staff who want to enter trip code, amount etc by guests in the register, super funny, you dont have those details?If one can bear the exhaust system noise may be a good stay.

Rooms were not clean and had bad smell. Ac was throwing water on the bed and had to sleep without ac. Ac water was leaking in the bathroom. A different room was allocated than one specified in the app.

An average hotel for overnight stay. Little bit less on the interior space but no complaints for the economic rates for rooms. Complimentary breakfast 🍳 on certain bookings. Parking is limited so be careful of that. Located very near to the road and an auto stand is very nearby to this hotel.

Good hotel located exactly opposite of Darbar hall ground. I paid 200 for early check in ( Call hotel directlyRoomsmall but spacious for single person. But bathroom is tiny one.

Situated in a prime location and good restaurants nearby..But the room allocated was not well furnished. It was too old. Linens were bit shabby. One window door couldnt even be locked. Also the room doesnt have an intercom.

An average hotel, Please dont have food from here and before check in you have to check the AC, Intercome, and hot water facilities. Also pls dont try the food from the same restaurant. But the hotel location is in a very good place and also pls try the kayees Biriyani near to the hotel.

Staffs behaviour is very bad, the one who malayali staff, his bevaviour is very irritated, he not telling the proper rpy.. His attitude is like a king... And i have the another issue in swiggy, i order food from malabar plaza hotel near tdm hall, it is very bad food and the quantity of food is very small..😥 ... Everything went smooth but had issue with the AC as the power for AC was turned off midnight. We contacted the reception in the morning by around 5.30 and while talking to the reception staff the power was turned on. Had broken washroom closet seat. Since we were two,we requested for an extra towel which was damp and not dried.

It was amazing over there last night, good and neat room, hotel location is in the heart of the ernakulam city, friendly staff, dining is in the same building, overall highly satisfied.

Breakfast will be ready only after 8 AM. If you like to catch train before 8 O clock; then you will miss the breakfast.

This was my first experience taking an OYO Room here. It was both economical and well kept. Had all facilities mentioned on the site. AC, TV, WiFi.

This place is rather far for all the beaches but the service is good.People there try to help in anyway possible to make your stay a more homely feeling.Wifi is available but its kinda slow depending on which floor your staying.But none the less a good place.
