The worst experience ever ... Dont waste your money here.... The service was not there, AC not properly functioning, bad behaviour from the owner, they switch off the air conditioning during my stay....

One of the worst ever experiences ever had with an OYO. Booked two rooms for my guests and they had given rooms with used, dirty linen and towels.Can you imagine such an experience with OYO?Seems like OYO had lost all quality related control over their partners. Its the last time I am going to book a room through them.I had very clearly told much before check-in that they need to provide good rooms as my guests are very important to me.When we arrived at the reception, the receptionist took two keys and toiletries as if we have to go find the room ourselves. I asked her why dont you show us the rooms she says that her guests finds it by themselves. At last she sent someone to the rooms where we were greeted by the worst maintained place.Never ever dare to book this place for stay, they are highly unprofessional and uncourteous hosts you can ever meet.

Best rooms but owner is rude and they have control on room electrical supply. So they will switch off ac in midnights and no response to the calls.

Its a great place for a budget hotel. Neat and clean room n bath, fairly spacious and well facilitated. Good bed, table and two chairs, air conditioning, LED TV with cable. Breakfast is included but the choices are minimal. The folks are polite and helpful. Its conveniently located close to an SBI ATM, fruit shops and a bakery and some restaurants that serve good Keralan food. 3.5 stars.

Nice hotel, super discounted rate here in goibibo. And the location is very much suitable for travellers. Can easily acces to all sides. Underground Car parking, credit card swipping facility, Nearby Restaurants, Temples, Masjids and Churches. And its a very new one. So all the things are brand new. All food delivery apps are delivered here very fast, inclusively Swiggy. Thats a very nice facility. Swiggy peoples directly delivered to our room. Totaly nice.

Nice Hotal.....good cleaness. staff is polite in behaviour.one option for drinking water in the form of jug should be provided, because it is some what ridiculous that there is no water and customer had purchased it.all other things are Good. enjoying stay.

Very, Very poor.. Dont go their. They will always switch off the AC for their profit. We wont even get the AC remote. Room is very bad. Rude behaviour from the staff. I have stayed in several properties of OYO,but this was very worst experience. Definitely this indecent residency will overthrow OYOs goodwill.

It has got some areas which needs super improvement,The air conditioning was not good in the room which we were using,it was not enough for the room.The amenities provided were not enough for the people who stayed as we arranged for an extra bed.The window in toilets were wide open, just like a normal window, which enables the adjacent building people to watch us.The toilet was too small and without opening the window it was unusable as there was real airtight and suffocating feeling.The extra bed aminities were not upto the oyo quality marks.

Plz guyz dont even think of booking this hotel. Owner of this hotel is very misbehaving. Not even providing AC remote for AC rooms and giving just 1 towel and 1 soap for 2 guests.Horrible experience i had in my life with OYO.

What u seephone, 24hr AC and many other services.What u getNo AC , Phone wont be working. (u can see AC in every room , but wont be able to switch it on, bcs the staff controls AC. The switch panel outside room in each floor has MAIN SWITCHES to AC which they turns off whenever they like.) If u complaint they will say AC is not working properly ,. There will one old rude guy for asistance who wont even care about your complaints. I just got refunded for my booking due to improper treatement from this hotel staff.

1) AC switched off from 11pm to morning 8am on first day2) There is no drinking water in the hotel. We have to buy it.3) Coconut oil smelling on Small pillows. Didnt change everything after repeated requests.4) No provision to keep luggage.5) Limted Breakfast will be supplied only after 9am.6) No exhast fan in the toilet. Second person has to wait for 15mins. to use.7) Above all, response from staff (seems to be owners themselves are staff) is very bad (may be due to language understaning).

Not user friendly. Poor service. Such irresponsible. No proper response. After all no respect to customers. Treating like anything. Moreover payment accepted and confirmed by oyo and rejected by Marottickal residency and have not informed to customer.

If u want to be humilated.. treated badly.. having a very very dirty room after complaining more than 3 times u should go to this place to torture ur self.. it is my first time to write a bad review for any place but the attitude is horrible from the owners.. this was the cleansers room they can offer... They dont clean the sheets they turn it to the other side and u have to beg for another one... It is booked from OYO.. the tought me how to hate life... Torture house...

Its not a complete AC hotel... They turn off AC by morning 10 am to 6 pm... Customer has to request at midnight to turn on power backup generator. Intercom was not working.

Worst service I have ever had. The hotel personnel was not friendly. I asked them for an extra plate, the guy asked me to wash and reuse the one he already gave me. As a customer I expect service, I shall not be doing the service of your oyo rooms. Next, there was no power back up, hence I had to go out and roam as the room started to heat up and became suffocating. Waste of money as I wanted to stay in room and relax. The towels they gave were not properly washed as they had stains. There was no menu card, no food, nothing around in the hotel. I had to go out and eat as there is nothing much available around. They switched off the veranda lights, the staircase lights as well. It was very difficult to walk around at night and early hours. Also, the guy did not help me with the luggage. I had to carry all of my luggage to 2nd floor via stairs as theres no lift. I had 4 bags, the guy did no help at all. Very bad service, very bad maintenance.I am giving 1 star for the oyo room quality i.e. The room was clean and bed was soft.

I absolutely hated this place. I will never ever go back nor suggest this place to anyone. The first impression of the hotel itself was doomed by the performance of the man at the desk. We reached the hotel by 7 pm, the man had an attitude as if we are staying at the hotel at his mercy. He had a condemnful approach to any question we ask and responded as if we have never been to nor booked a hotel online. The rooms were okay, but the bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean. He refused to check if the air conditioner and tv were in working condition when asked to.The telephone was not working and when enquired about it, he again showed condemn and not even tried to check its condition. The second day, we asked for room service and didnt get it done. Also he made us pay a extra 260 rupees for extending the stay though the booking was already done online. The man maintained the rude behavior throughout our stay. Guys, seriously this is not a great place to stay. Though the rooms were okay, your whole trip will get ruined by this kind of rude and arrogant behavior of the hotel staff. You can find many other places where more cultured people run the bussiness who clearly know the importance and manners of customer satisfaction.

Good to stay in Aluva with private parking in basement.... Service is moderate... But rooms are good value for money... Location is not near popular restaurant... Thats only drawback...

Really worst, the guys here are very rude. Made a booking through OYO and when I just attained arrived here to check-in, they say they dont accept OYO bookings!Everywhere they have the OYO ads sticked and they say they dont have contract with OYO. And finally they charged double the money from the original cost, though I have made my payment through OYO as well.

Great place to stay. Room was neat and clean and had A/C and TV. WiFi and hot water are available. Private buses are available frequently to aluva.

Very poor quality, very rude and impolite staff, the bed sheets were stained the pillow were smelling and when asked to change, they said hey dont have a spare. When we got upset. Are you looking for staying in Aluva for a cheap rate. I got this one for Rs.665/- from Goibibo.But staff behave was very horrible, frontdesk lady is very friendly.Room beds are not well cleaned..it is look like used someone.
