The service is good.Ambience is good.But the hookah over here is abysmal.The flavours were pretty bad, the pot was pretty old.They charge around 799 per hookah and its really not worth it.The food is pretty bad too.

I mean cmon guys, we wont like the place if the staff is arguing to customer.

Its quite a shady place.. sheesha is fine but customer service is pathetic .. No proper seating arrangements either .. !! No much options for food and hygeine level is just ordinary .. They have a lounge on the other side but they never let anybody in there, if you ask them the reply would be its reserved but you will never see anyone occupying there .. !!

Very good place to chill out. They have tv projector . Seating facilities includes bean bags couches etc

Shafeek is great when it comes to his personality and service, but the attitude of the guy who takes order is horrible. Whatever you ask his answer would be NO.. and again if u request u might get what you asked, again depending on his mood (hindi guy)

Reasonable Rates but ambience is not to the point right now, maybe after renovation it could be good.

Was undergoing restoration, but still had some great service and hookah flavours too were good.

Poor ambiance, hope the current renovation will be good and hopefully they will improve the std of the staffs

Calm place to chill. The ambience is great.

Takes 1 hour to prepare food, though they promised 20mins to make us sit, and about 15mins just to get the Shisha. Service is pathetic and the quality is borderline passable. They refill the Shisha once and gave us looks when we asked for the second refill. Only has cash payment and asked us to walk 200m to the nearest ATM to pay bills. Also, they dont have a GST number and charges 10% service charge? Cool. Not going here again.

It is just an okay place. Nothing fancy about it. It is just it gives a resemblance to Arabic Sand dunes but food is horrible and it is very very costly and not worthy.

We do get good sheesha and a nice place to hang out,especially on the top floor. And its kinda costly too

We were looking for good family friendly sheesha/ hookah place in kochi. Most is them wer closed and one said no entry for women! (Unbelievable) In the end we called them, they wer so welcoming. Even though their coffee shop is still under construction their sheesha place is awesome.. you will never expect such a place in kochi.. I think it is a must visit.. food was good.. though it took sm time. But credit goes to the ambience and service.. kudos!

Hmm, I 4*-ed this place only because they serve Sheesha. The Sheeshas were really good in terms of flavour, but their system of coal provision and refilling is an abomination to Sheesha service. Coal were small and not glowing and very few that the smoke dies off in less than half hour. They limit coal refills to 3 times for single flavour sheeshas, which in my opinion relates to extortion. The top floor is an absolute cracker of a location to lay back, converse, and enjoy Sheesha. Sheeshas are slightly overpriced. Food they served was good but slightly overpriced again. Usually they recommend dishes which are not in the menu. The service is disdainful, understaffed and the guys are never visible from your seats.This is place if put some heart into could turn out to be The place in Kochi.
