Very nice place to have a break during afternoon. Drinks are a bit costly than usual, but the ambiance and services they provide is great.

Very bad experience. Waiters are very slow. Not providing food till 30 min waited. Even there is no crowd. No complement food or drinks

I stayed 3 days in the hotel during my trip to South India. We were a group of 6 people. The hotel is great: the rooms are clean and spacious, the welcome is great, the restaurant is very good. We had a great time. I especially want to thank the staff member Shibu who was really great with my group. Smiling, kind, considerate, he managed to make our stay even more perfect. We had the chance to be served several times by him and it was a real pleasure.

The value for money bar in the area compared to boatyard just opposite to the property. Comparatively new an dwell maintained property. Not much crowd..enjoyable ambiance.. nice staff..ample parking space too.. beat bar near by when visiting seagull..as seagull offers only beer..

It would have been a nice stay but the management was very lax- the floors in the bedroom were dirty although the staff were very kind and helpful and the food was very mediocre- the driver they gave us ,Veenu ,was wonderful. It is in a central location which was fortunate.

Good hospitality and service

Its a nice place and the staff in the bar is very sweet. I would like to thank the guard at the main gate who helped me reach the bar upstairs. Though I did not understand his language, but I trusted him for his innocence on his face. God bless you all with great health and success forever

This is a beautiful jewel in the crown of Fort Kochi. Friendly and very attentive service and a mix of architecture that is a fun blend of old and new, luxury city mix with hideaway paradise. Getting a seat in the restaurant that looks out at the street is great people watching as the world zips by the gates.

Ambiance and the visual appeal is the only good thing I found a bit okay okay. Food , drinks , side dishes/dishes in the bar etc are highly overpriced and not at all reasonable and not even close to worth the amount paid. Taste quality and quantity is poor with respect to the price. Seems its meant only for foreign tourists.

Have descent parking and easily noticeable from normal traffic. Have good ambience, but food was just average.

After a very hot wander around Fort Cochin, we stumbled across The Killians Hotel. The staff were very good, the food tasty (Kerala Fish Curry with steamed jasmine rice) and the Kingfisher Ultra nice and cold.The hotel looks good, the facilities clean and well presented.

Disclaimer: we had absolutely no business with this hotel. We just had the bad luck of getting stuck in the rain outside the hotel while waiting for our car to board the ferry; as my wife wanted to use the bathroom, she went to this hotel.Understand that mutiple level of managers present there did not show a single ounce of compassion towards a fellow human in distress, and told my wife to head back out and find some other establishment. I understand they reserve the right toExtremely sad behaviour, especially considering that its normal in the cities we are from (Bangalore and Mumbai) to use bathrooms of commercial establishments.I would even say that the establishment is racist at a certain level considering their lack of empathy while addressing strangers.

Used to come here for an afternoon beer and then one day our of the blue... I came and was told they only except hotel guests before seven. This is after I have come here at least 5 times, paid and tipped well. Was not treated like a regular so will not come back until this is resolvedAlso..Ive only eaten here once and it was disgusting food charged at the likes of the really good old harbour hotel. Youll have to scrape the appam bread off the plate with a scraper and youll need a straw for the curry. Its soupy ha ha.

Good place

Lovely place with spacious rooms and plenty of wood furniture giving a nice feel to it. It is located quite conveniently giving you good access to the sights around Fort Kochi. The breakfast was just ok, but the service and room size makes up for it.

Very nice and big rooms. Perfekt for familys. Pool is very cold cause it is not heated. Best location 2 min Wahl l walk to the Chinese net.

Happened to be waiting outside this property for ferry on our way back from kochi and wanted to use the restroom. To my surprise the guard and a lady staff said you cant use it as its not allowed. Clearly in managements head you get courtesy if youre a paid guest. Shame! Wonder if its still not a rule in Kerala!

Only had a drink and meal here, but very near ferry/boat trip area of Cochin, apart but friendly, only had starters, but very nice would recommend.

Its costly but worth the price. rooms are like a little palace, super friendly stuff, clean swimming pool. a perfect place to relax after an exhausting day in kotchi.

We walked in for a beer and got welcomed by Mark, who embraced us with his nice stories about India, Kerala, the hotels history and all the trees in the garden. We didnt have any food and didnt rent a room but when Mark gave us a tour it looked really good!

They have AC restaurant but they only turn on when there is customers. It was very hot and the manager just turned on a single AC for the big hall. Also the food was bad except for the chappati. I will never recommend this place to my friends.

Food is good ....and the place is clean ...they dont have every thing written in the menu ...for example we wanted to taste the fish biryani but they didnt had any biryani items...heard that biryani is served only on Saturdays and Sundays.

Great location, walking distance from the town, and the staff is very friendly but our room was very dark as it got no natural sunlight at all.

Had a very bad experience at this place today. They served expired beer (Budweiser) and didnt replace with a good one. They asked me to complain to Budweiser when I mentioned about the bad taste!!! The service was very bad and the staff are very arrogant. Moreover, they take more than 40 minutes to serve any dish. I just walked out of that place after paying the full amount of the beer though I just had two sip. Overall, a very bad experience and I will never recommend this place.

I waited almost 20 minutes in the bar for the waiter to take my order for a brandy and water, and then waited another 15 minutes before giving up and walking away. People that came 10 minutes and 15 minutes after I arrived, and also one table that was occupied almost 5 minutes before I left got served in the interim. I had rated this place 4/5 last week. This weeks experience was a total let down.
