VFS Global Cochin - Excellent Service and Staffs are very cooperative. Please carry cash and they dont accept cards payment now because they are upgrading their online payment system. Later on they may start accept cards. Carry extra copies of your documents. Before you go VFS take an appointment through VFS customer service team.

I had a very bad experience with this office. There were not willing me to keep my backpack with mac and document inside while applying visa and suggested me to keep them out on my risk. I was really distracted while submitting visa application. Unprofessional and rude experience from Kochi VFS office. When did I complain about this on their website then there are replying without even reading my concern. If you wanna submit your application avoid this one and choose Bangalore VFS. Slow processing, rude staff and unprofessional rules even after you pay thousands.

They have a zero tolerance policy and request that we treat their staff properly; however the staff themselves dont follow process and go for lunch during business hours; blame lack of manpower as the reason. Thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

Very slow & poor service from the team. I believe most of the staffs are freshers and there is nobody to control the staffs here. As per my assumption it would have taken only 30 min job they took almost 3 hours. They are not giving the service value for what we pay.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely disappointed with the service provided by VFS Kochi. Booked an appointment for the tourist visa for my parents at 12 pm. I selected premium lounge service as well so that my parents won’t wait for long due to their health issues. They waited for more than 7 hours and no premium service was given. They gave a pack of biscuit and juice. Did I pay around Rs 5000 for this service just to get juice and biscuit? If you cannot provide such services due to any reasons then please don’t offer them.

Hope less people my wife and daughter went with an appointment today and took premium lounge while calling they told it will be faster and you will get print out and photos.We requested for one page print out they denied.She went out with my daughter and took print out during these pandamic time.People with normal appointment finished fast than us.In the name of premium lounge they are looting us.Its an day light robbery.Dont go for premium lounge at all.Waste of money and time.

This VFS office is inside Costal Chambers building (First floor).I visited the office for my US visa Dropbox appointment. They have a systematic process inline, it hardly took 10 mins for submitting the documents and I received my stamped passport in 5 days. You could take print outs within the office, however am not sure how much they charge for it.

Its the worst service ever. I hav appointment at 830 am .i started at 430 am from tvm and reached before time. They dodmt open the centre til 9am .and once they opened they called all 9 to10am appointments whereas me along with 3 other colleagues who had 830 appointment was never considered. Last year i had visa appointment in the alappat builiding one whicj was the best. They followed appoinyment times, process was swift and clear... wheras this is the worst ecer seen i my 10 years of experience

VFS Staff’s in Cochin are very cooperative, and its too bad they dont accept cards payment even in this pandemic, bring cash and extra copies of your documents for your convenience. VFS customer service team is not efficient enough to guide you or give information, I dont think its a good idea to call and ask something.

It is in the road side but difficult to find it out as their display board is very small. Go inside the arcade and ask security. That is the better option. It is in the first floor. Staffs are very friendly and fast. You have to switch off your phone and need to attend a security scan. They have good parking space.

Great experience, efficient staffs.

Surprised with so many negative reviews. For me, at VFS, it was an hassle free expereience.Address and location in Google maps is exact and VFS is in first floor (take lift) of Coast Chambers building( opposite to SBT ). VFS office is by road side itself and has ample parking space for four or two wheelers as shown in attached pics. The whole process ( docs and biometrics collection ) took about 90 minutes. They accept processing fee in both card or cash. I was allowed to take carry bag(docs)/mobile phone(switched off) inside.

Had a very nice experience. Plenty of parking make sure to have a copy of the appointment for the security . There is a refundable deposit for parking. Opposite to vfs there is also a shop for taking photo and printouts. The vfs staff was very helpful and curtious.

No enough parking for VFS, only 6 vehicles allowed.

The staff was co operative and polite.but 3 stars because vfs website says that I can pay my fee for priority visa via debit and credit card but when I asked they said they take only cash. I had to go out looking for an atm and pay by cash.so those who are going please carry cash. They dont accept cards.

Very hard to get appointments at times,applicants are forced to take walk-in appointment by paying around Rs.2500 extra on top of other visa charges, I have serious doubts is the non avalaibilty of online appointments deliberately created by VFS to make money ????Waiting room is worse, smaller than a solitary confinement jail room with absolutely no basic facilities. I witnessed people sitting there for hours after travelling hours to reach there,also saw saw a diabetic person fainting due to prolonged wait without food. VFS is Charing Rs.1700 + as service chages,they are certainly collecting enough money to give a better customer experience.Security people needs to attend some basic course on customer care on a very regular basis.Another scam operates here is, the security guard ask to see the photos of applicant,he will check the cover of the studio,If its not taken from the nearby studio,he will immediately find fault like ear not visible, no proper white back ground etc etc,then immediately send you to the nearby Shiza tours &Travels,same applies to copies of passport also.I had the same experience twice,few of my friends also has.On enquiry ,sources told me they operate on a off the record commission basis with vfs staff.Overall not a good experience at all...

Clean, neat, professional service. Very cordial and respectful staff. Efficient too. It took just 25 minutes for me to get in, submit my application for renewal and have them verify the docs before they completed the scrutiny and returned the appointment confirmation form saying received.

Excellent, courteous, quick and professional service. I had applied for a Schengen visa for France, and it was issued within four working days. I had opted for premium lounge service and though it means an additional Rs. 2000/added to the visa costs, i found it well worth it. The service is upto international standards and i am very satisfied with this agency.

It was my first time at Cochin VFS. I must say that the staff there could not have been more kinder and supportive.I had an issue with my visa application letter twice, but the staff really helped to get my application done on the same day,otherwise I would have to make another appointment since it was almost the closing time.I really appreciate how they support the customers.

Services were fast but there was a difficulty in payment as they were not accepting the card. also no waiting area for the accompanying person. The place where we waited was full of mosquitoes.

Terrible service. My German visa app. appointment was at 9.20 am. The representative collected my documents after 12.00pm. I had to wait till 3 pm for finishing my biometric enrollment and they do not even accept card payment! Worst service ever.

I did my Norwegian study visa stamping through Kochi Vfs..Document submission and verification process may take some time. Kochi VFS center wont accept card payment which was bit awkward. Only applicants are allowed inside the vfs office. Restroom available inside the vfs center. Kochi vfs center doesnt support Canada visa application otherwise this would have been a good for all those students travelling every year to bangalore for giving their biometricsCar parking facility available , kfc and dominos nearby

Good place for Schengen Visa application. They have confident and knowledgeable staff and the place itself is well maintained.. They make the application process really comfortable and easy for the applicant however there is no place for the bystanders to sit. The bystanders tend to sit on the stairs which is really sad as there are old people too.. Parking is not available anywhere in the building, there is a pay and park just opposite to this place which is the only option we have.. Prior appointment is required to which can be taken from there or online..

Really feeling badSeriously i thought dont want to write but need to tell about the service right.First of all when we reach the by a vehicle the security will ask were i said to vfs then again which country i said Malta then he said sorry the parking for me is opposite to the building .When i parked there they asked for the rent 50 rs.I reached vfs at 9.45 am the line was good .waited for my turn, they checked my temperature good ,and given sanitiser bestBut when i entered i saw the same length of waiting thr....its bad that not even provided a chair for any of them , But the staff and all r sittingWhen i asked about chair they said sorry for the incovinece ........We giving 8000 rs for their service and the returning from them is very good nothing to say moreI know there is no use to write but if any one could get the message and will it helps it all ......

Process takes too long

One stop shop for your visa requirements to most European countries. Online portal gives you the freedom to choose appointment slots convenient to your day. Ample parking spaces in the wafi mall is an added advantage but finding a parking spot sometimes becomes a challenge on its own due to shopping season and time of the day. You can also buy insurance from shops near VFS that suits your travel plan. There are also companies that help you to apply for international driving license. Don’t get stuck in the wrong queue if you have a priority appointment (premium).

The location of VFS global Cochin is ideal, a good parking slot is available for all types of vehicles. And this centre is situated on the MG road and easy to arrive, Easy access by road and public transport.Nice ambience , efficient and helpful staff who take you to to the process very quickly. Ensure that you have all your documents ready with you. A small Xerox and studio is available very near to the centre.

Nice visa application facility...try to bring all documents with photocopies..they accept only cash ....so must bring exact cash to avoid going out etc....parking facility is available but appears to be limited as other shops/offices have the common parking with VFS......a travel/medical insurance company has a small desk office just before the entrance...so if need it be insurance can be subscribed from here....

I went here for my Schenden visa, staffs here are very supportive. It will start from the security till the counter staff. If we need any documents/details they will inform and give opportunities for that.Price wise also, they are charging only reasonable amount as their service charge.

I applied for an shengen visa and they charged me 8000rs and because of this covid -19 they gave back my passport and said that we charge you with 2000rs and balance will be transferred to my account. Its been 3 months now no cash no contact number nothing.

First thing first, the Schengen Visa Application center (the Image you see) is shifted from the location. For UK Visa follow the address given in VFS global site. The location in google is correct. But it is not for Schengen.Second, the experience was great and smooth. Be there before time, seating area is there for 10-15 people, bags allowed, but only airline cabin size. Again refer to VFS global website. avoid big bags.Processing is quick. Very nice experience, all will be OK if I get the VISA on time.

For visa(Ireland embassy) , I visited there. Everything under strict supervision & security. Only the applicant is allowable inside and others should wait outside. For those who need photographs, nearby studio also available for convenience according to the rules of the country of visit. Great

Excellent staff.Im here to talk about the premium lounge. Right now I am at the center. In normal lounge there are 9 counters for 40+ people and in premium lounge there is only one staff for 8 people. So waiting time didnt make any difference . All staffs are very helpful so basically you will be booking premium lounge for refreshments and photocopies only if you need it . This is my experience on 24th August 2018.Definition of appointment is what they should learn. My appointment time was 9.45 and I arrived by 9.30. Its 11.18 when I am writing this and Im still waiting.The definition of appointment I know is the time slot allowed for me to process my requirements. They are having a token system which is invalidating the appointment timings . They dont provide token according to the appointment time.Person accompanying you dont have a place to sit and will have to wait outside .

VFS is just an intermediary between the embassy and the applicant. Neither they can assure you a visa, nor they could provide any information about anything once you have submitted the application. They can track your application, but cant tell the status. They cant do anything in favour of or against the applicant.They dont have information about anything once you have left their office and as such, they dont have any responsibility on your things too.They will always say 3 things.1. Wait for 15days2. Embassys decision is final3. Everything is upto the Embassy.In short, VFS is simply an acting courier service that carries your visa application from you to the embassy and back to you by looting a much higher price.

If u r going to collect the passports Take photocopies of your id cards. Its funny that they say they dont have photocopy machine ! Afterall its their need to have our copies and US consulate doesnt need any copies when we collect passport. many people coming from various places got frustrated in searching a Photostat shop nearby. Few staffs are rude but others are fine

Place is 50 meters away from main road. No car parking facility. Security staff is rude and non helping. they think they are securities of prime minster. They dont allow bag inside. We have to keep bag outside that compound, at road side. If you are coming alone try to minimize luggage. I went to Italian visa center. There staff behavior is good, but very helpful.

If you are planning to Visit VFS Global, Cochin office , please make sure you DONT carry much Luggage. The security personal only allowMobile Phone (Switched Off) , Your wallet and all your paper documents (No File Folders).They wont allow any other electronic devices specially your Wrist watch , Laptop, Tab, Flash Drive etc. If you are coming alone and carrying all theses you have to keep everything out side the main gate besides the main road. So better keep it at home.There is no point in arguing with the security to keep your luggages inside, they wont allow, no matter how important you are !! All you can attain is to spoil one good day and make a scene in front of others.Parking space _ Applicant can park the vehicle on the Road which is 60 to 70 meters away from the building

CGI collection centre for USA visa. You are not allowed to carry the backpacks inside. Better not to carry any valuable if you are visiting alone. Well organised. Always check holiday before visiting. They work as per American calendar.
