Your Tagline, Imagine, Change has had a huge impact on me as your customer. I imagined good things when I purchased your product. Your horrible defective product and even worse customer service has changed my opinion of your company and the services it CLAIMS to provide.I imagined a relationship with a company that would boost my business and respect the money that I invested in your product. Everything changed with your lack of ethics and poor morals. If your idea of imagination and change is to cheat customers out of their money by providing defective and fake products, then your tagline rings true and sound.Believe me I am now a changed person, and will rely on trusted companies going forward. I thought the Japanese were high in integrity. You not only represent yourself in India, but your entire country.I Imagined a good business relationship with Ricoh, but you changed it for the worse with unethical business practices. In time, companies like you will cease to exist, because I believe that bad things will be destroyed and so will you and your crooked organisation.2018 will be a year that I will remember for a long time, because Ricoh made my business redundant with their pathetic and depraved service. Providing fake products has been the icing on the cake. My business has suffered for a year due to their incompetent services. All my efforts and repeated requests to their company to provide me with the right product has fallen on deaf ears. I am forced to voice out my frustration as I have reached the end of my patience and have incurred losses that I do not deserve.This is a request to all potential clients of Ricoh to reconsider any transactions with them, as they are leaders in providing fake products and their service is below pathetic. I am witness to their intolerance and irresponsible handling of a paying client. Law suit to follow..will CHANGE your IMAGE for ever…..will the parent company at Japan conduct an enquiry as to why Jaideep had to write such a letter?

Waste Customer Support. Please dont buy any ricoh product. They dont have any service support in a city like Ernakulam itself. Trapped by the salesman in Lulu, as he told me theyve service support in Cochin. You cant buy the RICOH Printer Laser Powder anywhere from kerala. They dont even have a good Customer Care too. They told me if there is any service issue, theyve to come from Mumbai and I have to give TRAVEL ALAVANCE to their Service Person. So DONT BUY ANY RICOH PRINTERS if youre in Kerala. Im out of Printer Powder and Ive buy a compatible Catrdige powder online only.Go for any other printer companies.
