I bought SAMSUNG 43in LED TV from this store. The screen blanked out in exactly 3 weeks time. There was no response from the store or company until I had to beg them to come and attend to this issue. A technician was sent at my address to look at the TV and he assured me a replacement.Its been two weeks now and there is absolutely NO RESPONSE from the STORE OR COMPANY.THERE IS NO VALUE FOR OUR MONEY OR OUR TIME.Highly disappointed. I recommend everyone to THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE.We are NEVER returning to this store and will take this up with the court.Disappointed.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Jio Tripunithura, received a product with dent & it took them 2 weeks to replace...now its 5month of purchase & refrigerator stopped working, Ive called Samsung & logged complaint its almost 2 weeks now & they are delaying the process & not at all responsive...on top there is no support from Jio team they have completely washed their hands off as if they dont have any responsibility...Im regretting my purchase due to pathetic samsung customer care & on top lack of support from Jio... literally frustrated...

Things started going south for me right from the time of payment. I can write an essay on the horrible experience I had. But let me not get into that. Here are top 5 reasons why you should reconsider if you plan to buy from this store:5. Zero accountability. They have absolutely no concern about after sales problems customer might encounter.4. Arrogant and rude delivery staff who do not care for your product. (The delivery guy came alone to deliver a refrigerator. And then he wanted me to help him unload the product from his auto rickshaw and carry it inside.)3. Multiple teams that handle one request( ReqQ, Warehouse, Store). However, none of these teams are in sync and end up passing the responsibility to the each other. You as a customer, end up waiting days for a demo and installation because of their inefficiency.2. I found the representatives had absolutely no clue on how to resolve customer concerns. Shoo people are ok. But one thing I must mention that Reliance jio after sales service is worst. I took a jio fiber connection 3 months back. I am running from pillar to post to get a set up box installed. Local service is engineer is in no mood to help. I am sitting with this instrument waiting for the mercy of the engineer. Everyday at midnight I get an sms stating that due to heavy demand our engineer couldnt attend the job. If that is the case why do they give time slot every day if they are unable do the job. Keeping all my other jobs I waited patiently for last 4 days.. still I am clueless when the person actually come and do the job. I paid monthly subscription of RS.825 for the service and I lost 4 days after that. My monthly subscription will expire in next 26 days. Absolutely ridiculous 😠

One of the worst after sales service. I recommend to stay away from Reliance. Myself purchased a fridge and took extended warranty also believing Reliance will there for support. Once I tried to reach their customer care, its hectic. No response even when trying to contact directly. Better look for Lulu Connect where you can get extended warranty for selected products and have to say best customer service.

Went for Jio sim, somehow finally got thatThey are above our state and central Government, they simply wont accept our Government issued ID cardswhich are issued after authentication by authorised people and the reason they says is it is having our childhood photo.LOL we all grab most of the ID cards at the age of 18 (Aadhar.. even before it). For sure changes will appear upon aging and nobody can again apply for ID cards such as License, Passport, Voter ID etc again. (Who frequently changes/ update your Aadhar card). Those cards are meant to be valid for your entire life and every single Gov. Offices will accept that. But these fellows wont.

Lot of brands but does not have the latest models in stock. Staff are helpful and explain the product details. It is likely that due to pandemic situation items are not moving much resulting in having old stock.

Please be aware that once you buy the product then u have to run behind them to get it delivered. They will promise you big things and deadlines before purchase and once bought then no updates. In my case it took them 4 days to deliver a fridge. Every day I had to visit the store and literally chase them. Please ensure the product availability before purchasing anything. I would not recommend this store if u have a better option or store.

A good place for buying electronic appliances. You can get most of the items for a reasonably good rate. Recently I bought a smartphone OnePlus 7T from the store. The staffs were well trained and had good communication skills and also were well aware of the details and specifications of the products they were handling. I would definitely recommend the store for all categories of customers.

Hosts a huge collection of gadgets from multiple brands at reasonable prices when compared to other shops in the visinity .Employees there are quite aware of the Product in general and are willing to clear your queries without any hustle.They hosts products including Televisions, Mobile phones , Laptops , Headphones and others that one find usually in a gadget store but also have wide price range options thereby giving the customer a wide range to choose from .

By mistake Ive done a jio recharge which is found while searching on Google, later learned that its meant for jios phone only. My moneys gone. Jio staff couldnt do a thing for it. Firstly such schemes shouldnt have displayed at all while searching.

Dont buy any home appliances in reliance digital. Very worst customer support we ever had in life. We bought a fridge on June 1st 2019 and they provided a defective product. Since then we had a problem and they took our fridge 4 times for service. And no proper response from them for the past two months since they took our fridge and still we are running behind them. And hoping atleast one day they will provide a fridge. DONT BY ANY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS IN RELIANCE DIGITAL BCOZ THEY WONT PROVIDE ANY TECHNICAL SERVICE.

Went to buy a phone for the elderly (you know one with bigger keypads and slightly larger display. ) The response I got was we dont sell cheap phones. I guess sales representative needs education regarding needs of the customer with regards to age as well.

I was waiting for 20 minutes for getting details about Reliance JIO portable wifi. The person who attended me was busy with two customers.He didnt ask me why I have come and other people who were standing idle and chit chatting didnt bother to help the busy guy. I left the place quietly and nobody asked me why I was going. Nice experience .

I have purchased A/C from the shop, no one turned up from to install the same after 7 days. The store is not bothered on the issue and just hangup the calls. Even I have escalated the issue on the customer care emails, I have received structured emails . Not at all good experience at all from the shop and Reliance Digital and its customer grievance system. I suggest compare the price in Amazing or Flipcart and order from there. For installation call to the toll free numbers of the producer for the slot else call some one locally.. I can give only one rating for this shop.

Fake promises to induce immediate sale. Once sale is done, the executives wont even bother responding to the queries. Bought a fridge couple of days back and still the product is not yet delivered. On contacting the executives, they informed that itll still take 2 days to deliver. Not the kind of service you expect from such an established brand.

You will not find every product at lowest price here, but one or two will be at the lowest for every category.we got one tv for much less price than on amazon and flipkart! And one positive about this showroom is every product is available for demo! Even bluetooth speakers are available.if you are planning to buy any appliance just visit this showroom and check if there are any offers.
