Didnt have good experience visiting the place. Though the staff answered politely, I couldnt get a favorable reply from them. The place is very near to road and easily approachable.

Lets begin from the security personnel who is a senior citizen. His handling of customers at gate is awesome. He explains and convinces each and every entrant about the Covid restrictions and restricting the number of persons inside showroom and maintaining the social distance between them. He does it with such a diplomatic approach that no one will feel dejected. Then comes the counter staff. Helpful and having knowledge of their product and eloquent in sharing the information with customers.The promptness to respond and giving a listening ear to customers queries. I have given my Note 7S for Battery bulging issue. They explained the service process, expected time required and estimated cost for the work. I got a call on second day informing the completion of the job. The very next day I got a reminder call for taking delivery of my phone. At delivery time they handed over me the bill, briefed me about charges, and I am so happy that I got such a treatment from you..Thank you...

Excellent customer handling and service support from each and every person here, compared to other MI service centres in the city. Note that one would have to book an appointment through the MI service website before popping up here, without which they might not be able to help out due to the COVID restrictions.Visited for a phone battery replacement. Was promised to be done in 1.5 hours, but was completed within 1 hour.Happy customers, happy days!

The woman at the front desk is not at all bothered, very rude and irresponsive, Even the other customers there was telling the same. Please make your front line staffs people friendly if you want your store to have proper customer satisfaction not people like her! VERY RUDE.

I have never serviced any phones here. But the approach of the officials to the customers are fine. No problems regarding the same.Its not easy to acces because its in the 3rd or 2nd floor of the building.

There was a queue when I went there... Most of the people on the queue was restless due to the delay. Staffs werent that much friendly. But, can not say it was a bad experience overall. They were not special. Pricing is done as per the OEM listings. Service was fine. But, I lost the water proofing, which is normal I guess.

The place is well organised and friendly. Following all the pandemic protocols. The service was also completed within the mentioned time. All went good.The only concern about this place which I observe would be the soundproofing of cabins. Ive to spend about 2hours for the repair. And was waiting in the lobby. I overheard some manager yelling at the employees. It was more kinda shouting and was clearly unprofessional in all aspects.My request to the concerned authority is to either soundproof the cabins or send that manager to some decent communication training. Hence the star rating is for the manager. The place is super cool and helpful.My visit happened on 17th of Feb, 21.

Now its token system. We need to book a time slot before reaching there. Dont expect atleast to talk with them without a booking. I called to enquire about availability of battery so that I can book a slot. Immediate reply was, we cannot say the availability now. Till 31 we are booked. We dont reserve battery for you. So all u can do is call after 31st and we say then whether battery is there or not.Though I understood it clearly, I was a bit disappointed.I called another authorised service centre in kochi. They said battery is available. Today we are fully booked. But still u can come . It wont take much time to replace battery. So not an issue. We arrange the token for u accordingly. Dont worry. U come sir....See thats the difference. I was very much delighted with this attitude. Palarivattam team should think whether the token rules are really helping their business. If no then it is because of this difference.

I visited pallarivattom service centre to change my phone display, such an horrible behavior from the reception people.Not at all professional and pure an un professional behavior and we cannot actually talk to them more because the way they reply is inappropriate according to me. I came here for the replacement of sports shoe 2 which was bought three weeks ago. The gumming came off for which the warranty was denied by employees. Gumming issue repair is included in the 3 month production warranty. They claim that the production warranty is only valid for the colour coming off or incorrect size at the time of purchase. Absolutely unprofessional workers. I had to wait 5-6 hours for the warranty to be denied.

The worst front office staff I ever met in ernakulam the lady staff attitude was like u take token and come I dont have a time even to talk and give details how to book a token, she was behaving as if xiami is Owned by her and very arrogant and unprofessional behaviour the lady was so unprofessional that she even dont know common respect to customers and its like we are slaves, I have never seen such a staff in even government office or police stations, I went there from bay pride mall service centre as my phone was not charging and they suggested me the staff there was very friendly my family have 4 xiaomi redmi phone and iam using the brand from redmi A1 and then I went to ravipuram service centre and the front desk staff there was so professional they asked me to wait, I had also booked a token there also and then they told my phone is all right, they then even helped to buy a charger and pay it online, the ravipuram centre is run by tvs electronics and its the best among others palarovattom service cnete is having 4.1 review but never fell for it if u go there u should be treated like a slave and its like u r a beggar not a customer I would take this to xiaomi South zonal heads and other higher authoritys as they should look first to whom they are giving the franchise for servicing there mobile other wise they will lose their customers.

Good service center who are really concerned about the customers. Genuine and helping people to work on customer queries. Even they call for online confirmation for making sure that there is no delay. Nice service center which can be trusted.

The service agents are behaving so rudely and they do servicing in an unorderly manner. When I gave my phone for servicing I told the servicing agent that I need a clear and thorough work so as to avoid frequent visit to the service center. And after 20 days I found damage again and when I asked the agent then he is asking me to give it for servicing again and The service agents are charging high amounts.

Interaction was good. Got the product replaced instantly. They are coping up with this epidemic efficiently.

I had experienced very bad service from this service center. Where , my phone slips into water just after 3 months I bought it and let them service within an hour. Eventhough, they insist me to change hardware as well as my display in order to repair it( expected cost : 11000).i was not affordable to do that on that day.However I had serviced it from Local service centre within 3000.Might be they are good at servicing.... While there are numerous customers to be handled, they are becoming lazy to handle chip level service and keen attention in what they are doing.Its my personal opinion, kindly understand that, everyone in front of u wont be rich enough to affordable to this
