Found The Eatery while searching for a spot to spend and evening with family. Went for the dinner buffet and was truly baffled. The spread was awesome. The salads, the slow cooked lamb leg, and exquisite desserts. Elegant ambience. Will recommend the Eatery to friend and family..

This is the first time I had buffet lunch from here with my colleagues.Neat and clean entrance was noticed first when I reached the hotel. Reception staffs showed us the way to Dinning room. The elevators are well maintained and less noisy. The view of the dining hall is super. Started with soups. Good one. Starters and main courses are not much spicy. Taste wise good. The Malabar biryani was delicious.We booked the seats via phone but it was not noted in restaurant reception by staffs. So there we faced some issues but finally the staffs were able to arrange seats for us. But it would be nice if a confirmation message send to people who book the restaurant to avoid confusions.Overall the experience was really good.

Good food Good ambience. We had our lunch buffet at The Eatery. Starters, main course and desserts, all had good variety to choose from. I especially loved the Chinese platter and the desserts, fresh and light. I would definitely visit again.

I went on a Sunday Night for dinner, they didnt have much alcohol choices, as many of the drinks werent available, which were mentioned on the menu! The food was a hit and miss for me, they had a grilled fish on display, which was good but by the time i started my main course it was already devoured! And i had to repeatedly ask the manager to please refill it, and he made me wait for about an hour. They had a good chat counter, great starters, and lots of unwanted fillers, which creates a mirage of a wide spread for a buffet! They really need to work on there service and food choices!!

The buffet lunch here was a total let down. Went to this place with high expectations . May be a bad day or something. Buffet spread was not that huge , it was very disappointing.

The Eatery is a okey okey restaurant... Expected alot more verity of dishes..verity of taste.. but disappointed. But the dishes they serves tastes GOOD. It has a good ambiance but even no receptionist were there even to guide from the entrance. Desserts items also were dissatisfied. But overall for the partying the Eatery is good.

We really loved the dishes served. Also there were enough veriety of dishes. However, I felt their service persons were not polite and welcoming enough.

Idk why this place has this much rating. I had a dinner buffet at the place with family. We got a feeling of full stomach before having major food. This is the first time Im having such a feel. As compared to Marriot the items are less. And my wife vomited after we came backAlso there was no clear display of what all items are there as live. Each time we had to ask what all are there.

Very nicely arranged seats and foods. Nice foods all time. Selection of menu is very good and covers all types of guests.Staffs are also very nicely trained and well behaving.Thanks team for giving a wonderful experience.

Comfortable hotel with great options in food

Great place to have a buffet. Special thanks to the chef Vivek for the yummy delicacies. Closer to Infopark and well maintained. The blueberry cheesecake for dessert was just yummilicious! The restrooms are super clean and the bar is a nice place too.

A must try in the Info park vicinity with a wide range of food delicacy. The buffet is absolutely worth it and the food tastes fabulous. A perfect place for your Birthday treats and office lunches.

Good restaurant where breakfast and dinner buffet is served. A bit congested at peak hours but manageable. You get an oft repeated menu but healthy and tasty.

Really enjoyed the food here...The food selection was limited but was well prepared... Vegetarian selection was good...The best part were desserts...Desserts items were not dry or overly sweet but had a nice variety to them....Unlike Novotel, where they have downgraded their service during offer period, Sheraton has stepped up its game...

The lunch buffet spread was good with variety of options in veg and non-veg. A perfect place for office lunches, highly recommended.

:The eatery is the main restaurant at 4 points by Sheraton..Unlimited buffet dinner costs Rs 699 + tax ( April 2021 rate). The dinner is worth the money. Variety veg/non veg dishes available along with live counter for Indian breads like Naan , Roti , Malabar porotta etc..Their Bar counter Caper is near by this restaurant and drinks can be ordered to the eatery which will be charged extra..Overall a very food fine dining experience

Tried their Valentines day dinner buffet, it was just ok, There werent any disappointments but not that exceptional. Dine in spots like Four points can obviously do far better.

I have visited the eatery for a lunch out from my office. We opted for the buffet lunch. They had an awesome variety in the menu. Have to specially mention the sweet section it was a lot. The food tastes good in taste and quality. When we went we had got cooperate discount so surely check if its available. For the price I must say its worth it.

Great food and service. Nice location out of the traffic in kochi. Comfortable place to hang out with family and friends. The staff were polite. We had our new born with us and the staff made sure that she could be fed comfortably. Our kids had a great time there. The buffet was really great. The chef was ready to make us special pizza as requested. The fried items got over soon.

Very limited options for the lunch buffet which is not worth the price they are charging. Another big turn off is too much delay for refilling. Lack of tissue papers at table (only a towel is provided in table) is another downside.The food they offer was good in taste, but doesnt have anything extraordinary to mention or wow factor. Excellent Spread always. They have good crowds. Only problem I had was they started the lunch at 12:30 PM as against normal lunch timings. Had to wait more than 30 mins. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience as always

The multi cuisine restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. I have been here few times and loved the food and service. Very friendly staff and delicious food. They have breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet at very reasonable pricing. The best place for team hangout near infopark. Highly recommended!

Good ambience and tasty foods.

Absolutely the best food in town. Most importantly they have not tried to infuse a bit of Kerala into the non Kerala dishes, unlike most of the other places in town. What we get is simple, authentic and ever so tasty dishes that fill your stomach but will not satiate your mind.

Buffet experience is gr8 here. Not a really busy place. So you can get all the privacy as a couple or family. Staff are extremely courteous and with a smile 😊.... There was a live chaat corner. Ambience is elegant and pleasing... Restrooms are well maintained. There is valet parking. Only downside is that , I felt it is a bit overpriced.

Very average food and the service is just unexpected. An off peak time breakfast order took about 15 mins and then had the misfortune of having to go there for dinner too. Food was below par with a simple Indian bread taking 20 mins; the service needs a thorough look into. I would not recommend this place for its food and service.

Where do I start the foods fabulous, location perfect with no traffic and the staff end up pampering you so much that you never wanna leave. My family was here for dinner and my mom personally loved the Kerala cuisine that was offered. Hats off you the chef , its very rare to impress a master home chef 🙂

Their dinner buffet is reasonable for a 5 star hotel standard. A very well done restaurant with a bar right next to it.

Had the club sandwich. Its was good. Could be better though. They actually dont have a coffee shop open 24x7. However they were kind enough to serve me in the eatery.

Tried calling this place to book a dinner. However the lady at the reception seem uninterested. She keeps forwarding calls to the restaurant, bug no one picks..and she is unable to provide answer. She also seemed a little rude when I called ger second time. Decided not to book at Fourpoints.

The lunch buffet spread was huge with good mix of veggie and meat and fish dishes. They have few starters for both veg n non veg. Theyve live counters for aapam, pan cakes and chai. The desserts menu is also good, but very few options with egg less pastries. Service is good and quick.
