What a wonderful punjabi resto! We went for the first tym and tried the famous Tandoori chicken and Tangedi kebab as starters. Main course ordered was Lachi Paratha, naan, butter rotti, along with side dishes Kadai Paneer, Punjabi chicken curry and Sarso ka saag. Overall, tastes wonderful especially that spicy Punjabi chicken curry and we winded up them with a sweet lassi. What a wonderful eve we have and rang the bell there as we were satisfied. Dont forget to rang the bell if youre happy with the food you ate. Balle balle.

Sweet lassi was superb. Grilled fish (tilapia) was also good. Chicken pakoda and paneer pakoda also not bad. Everything else was a disappointment. Service was average. Compared to other dhabas in kochi, this place is overpriced. Not worth the hype. Butter chicken was very sweet, taste wise also a disappointment.

Superb food and good service. Food quantity is also good. Apart from food, they have some real old auto mobiles kept for display. The Matchless 1946 bike is a rare sight.

Tandoor woh wah, special Punjabi Chicken ek dum Mast.Roti, rice items super, for meals try their North Indian Tali ( Tandoor roti, rice, dhal, paneer butter masala, paneer mattar, special raita, papad, gulab jamun. Give a try i am damn sure you wont regret.

Food was bland and I feel it wont be tasty for Malayalis. And they missed to give one of the dishes out of three in the parcel and we found that out after reaching home, hence couldnt taste the third dish.Place was clean and ambience was good

Have ordered food and eaten here in pre-pandemic times. Food is always great... if anything slightly on the spicier side... Families with small kids be wary when ordering. Their desserts are always a standout. The ambience is great as well

Well for starters its one of the best places for Punjabi Food and they still maintain the food quality. I am not that happy with the quantity of the food but its still filling.The waiting period of food is a bit more thats why the four stars else its a full 5. And an awesome must try place.

I visited SdD after a long time and was saddened to see the quality of food drop so significantly. I order Butter Naan, Punjabi Chicken and Kebabs and except for the Naan - the rest was just sad. I ordered Desserts and the Matka Kulfi was old and frozen with ice! It was literally ice which I could use a chisel and carve a miniature statue with! and the staff say thats how it is.If you have been eaten Punjabi food outside the state and want to try it here, this is not the place.

Pricing has hiked up for no reason. Last time they offered 4pcs aloo tikki now reduced to two pieces. When asked why no response, inadequate staff humility and hospitality. Not visiting again

Love punjabi food? Then this would be a good option. The food quantity and taste were excellent. The staff behaved well and were responsive. The seating and the whole ambience would drive you to the Punjab. There is no parking space so you have to park on the pavement and also I feel the dishes are little bit overpriced. But I would definitely recommed this.

I love their lasssssi. And Kulchas. Their parathas are delicious. Butter Chicken is finger licking good. Ambience is fantastic. Makes one feel we have been transported to Punjab with every bite. Tummy food, great ambience. They are open from afternoon 12:00PM but most items (tandoori) are available from 6:00PM onwards. They don’t have parking but we can easily find a parking nearby. Little bit expensive but ok.

The taste of the food is real North Indian. Unlike the usual north Indian menu in Kerala which is adjusted to suit the likes of Mallus, the food here might not be of your taste.So ensure that you like the authentic north Indian flavours before dining in.

Its nice place where you wanna have dinner with northern india taste. But apart from loud groovy ambience(typical punjabi) not much to cherish about food.The gravies are almost same whether you have rajma masala or paneer tikka masala.Tandoor Rotis are good made of wheat floor.Portion size is also good.In vegetarian options, choices are less.In non veg section one have ample choices.Parking here is a headache as no one us there to guide you and you have to park on main road.Overall ok outlet, once visit if you bored by keralite food.

I have been visiting this place in search of authentic Punjabi food. The the quality of food has deteriorated over the years. Chef need to work on the basic menu like Nan and Parathas to have Punjabi feel in it. Pricing is little too expensive in comparison to similar restaurants in Kochi. Seating and ambiance is very good.

This place use to be the premier choice for North Indian cuisine a while back . But lost its charm and last time I went with the family, had a disappointing experience. Service was non existent/ignorant. Place is swamped with mosquitos. Food was sub-par and the price charged felt very expensive for the whole package.

I had ordered samosas through swiggy during the lockdown period and it was the worst ones Ive tried my hands on. The oil was clearly reused so many times and the fillings were stale. It was a party order and was embarassing to have given this to guests. Clearly it was my mistake to order bulk from a place which I have not even tried. Wen I tried calling to the restaurant, a lady picked and said she cannot connect to the manager . Later I tried and number was off. They never even called back. That means they are least bothered about customer feedback. Kochi folks, beware when you go to have food from this cheap place. I have no words to express my disappointment not just for the food but to their arrogant and insensitive attitude towards customers. Would never suggest this place!

Dhaba has a typical Punjabi style ambience with a theme and they serve authentic Punjabi dishes. There is an air-conditioned dining area as well as a more open outside space like a roadside dhaba. The owners take time to greet the customers and get their feedback. We enjoyed the paranthas, Rajma masala and Paneer tikka we had ordered. Recommended.

To me this is the most overhyped place for Punjabi food. It’s my personal opinion and I feel this place doesn’t deserve the rating many talk about . One reason would be the fact that many of us have not tasted the real Punjabi food. My disappointing experience at Sethi starts from the wash rooms . It needs maintenance and cleaning for sure . Now about the ambience, it’s very small and mostly crowded inside. The tables are often not cleaned properly. I remember having stains of oil on my shirts sleeve before getting my order. Now the service , it’s average. Coming to the most important part the food, it was very very average to me . The food was like any other places food which serves North Indian. Does that make it stand out ? NO. The service slow made sure the food reached us cold . Not the experience any one would want to have. Dhabas are famous for its lassis , imagine a lassi made by a Malayalee what would it be like ? It would be like a sweet curd based drink which is diluted and thin in texture . That’s exactly what you get here. Some dry fruits wouldn’t change that experience for you. Lassis are supposed to be thick and filling. To me it’s just another place for some North Indian dinning, nothing extra ordinary.
