Fusion Nay provides variety of food including seafood which is why I prefer to visit this restaurant. Food is feel like Homemade food and very delicious. Service is too good and quick. They provide special dishes which is must try for seafood lovers. I am big goodie and they let me try more than 3 dishes amd provided small quantity on request. I love the menu and their ideas of providing special foods.

Pepper fish was good, rest was ok. Decor was good. Most restaurants have a shorter menu, same case here - so please ask before taking time to decide in a group

Mannerseless.Very expensive but so average quality fish.food.For one small fish and a small dish fish gravy you need to pay 400 rs.You need to have patience of atleast 30 minutes of wait.Very late and boaring service.No table service at all.They dont even provide mouth freshner after meal.and no regular water.

Good fresh sea food. Food took a bit of time but that was because we went in of season and it was crowded. Ordered the fish molly pollichathu - which a mild dish but very tasty, fish peralan meals - which was right quantity and good taste and mild in spice and finally the prawn in mango curry which was tangy and tasty ... I didnt like the food. And neatness is bit low. Rice was sticky and white rice. So I didnt like it. Then ordered chapatti which is severed in a plate just washed without drying. So 2nd chapatti was soaked in water. Its machine made with poor quality. Then I had neymeen fry which was okay.

The kokum fish curry was very good.The banana leaf vegetarian meal was interesting.Everything else was good but not spectacular.We had the beef roast, shrimp curry, fish curry, masala crab.The service was extremely slow, and distracted. The rice finally came after we had finished the meal almost.Bathroom is up a flight of stairs in a different building altogether.Staff was fairly polite.

One of the best spots Ive been to in Kochi to have non veg Kerala cuisine! Loveeeddd the dishes deeply, a feel of home tasting the rich flavours. Try the fish mango curry, sardine fry, appam and beef! Yum!Good staff, a small place however. Good to call and make a reservation if in big numbers.

Ambience is good. Clean handwash area. I ordered king fish fry. Felt a bit costly(3 small pieces for 350) compared to other places i tried. Pepper chicken was average. Tasted like mustard curry with lot of pepper. Tea was good.Staff behaviour ok. Not sure if it was because of the mask, but felt not welcomed(may be i am wrong).

The food is good but staffs could be more attentive to the customers especially as it is not a very big restaurant .Quanity wise also, they could give more for the rates charged..We ordered an item from the menu but we were charged higher on the bill as they had used a different fish they said..Could have informed us earlier as it would have made our experience a whole lot better..

Amazing place for authentic seafood. Seafood mains between 300-500 rs. which we found a very reasonable price considering the great quality of the food. The side dishes (puttu, apam and tapioca) were very delicious too.We will be back!

They serve small portions in the vegetarian meal, but one can ask for more.Air condition is great. Decor is alright, but they need to clear up the clutter in the restaurant, which management said they would take care of.Clean toilet, clean restaurant.This is not a cheap place.

Good seafood, not too costly... Service seems a bit slow but they prepare most of dishes after order.. But definitely worth the wait.... If you go between 2 to 3pm it will be little less crowded.... A tip....Waiting time varies from 20 to 30 minutes from order but if you start a discussion with your friends.. Time flies...

We had a gala time in the restaurant.. The owner got us a fresh sea fish(dont remember the name) which he made it there only.. It was lovely.. Taste can be improved. Rest of the service is okay.. Ambience is worthy.

Best seafood ever!!!try this one instead of the overrated, white-washed cafes nearby.The portions are all delicious and very generous! no toilets on the floor, so you gotta go on a bit of a journey to find the toilet, but thats all I can complain about....prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food that youd get...

Best seafood we had in Kerala! After trying many places hoping to find the true flavors of Kerala and being disappointed!!! We found Fusion Bay WOW! The seafood was fresh not frozen, the spices highlighted the seafood with great success. Staff were friendly and provided a few little extras to make guests welcome. Try the mud crab, reasonable price, big serve and particularly good.

Yum, yum yummy so well done, and the taste was exquisite. only minus was the fact that we waited for our food more than 45mins, and the waiter didnt want to acknowledge me as a woman paying for the meal, bit weird, but I got the same treatment from other restaurants in Kerala, so maybe its a thing there. I loved everything about it. I never expected such great food in a small restaurant like Fusion Bay. They take some time to cook and meals is not available on daily basis. The beef fry is just delicious par with a five star restaurant. Would suggest to anyone who is on a vacation, has time and loves to enjoy good food should visit this tiny nook... They should add some more mocktails options to their menu.

The food here is AMAZING. I ordered the prawn green mango curry and its one of the best things Ive eaten in dinner. Do yourself a favor and eat at Fusion Bay.

The food was great. I had the spicy fish in banana leaf and jumbo prawns cooked in coconut milk. So cheap compared to other places. Really could have done with a beer but only a minor problem

Have good ambience for a great meal. Loved the interior of the hotel. Its was so amazing to see the lighting inside. And have fresh cool air always to remember the feeling we got it from here. I recommend everyone to try once if you are visiting fort kochi. The staff are all good and served and behaved very well. And the restaurant provide very quality food with reasonable price.

I recently dined with my family here and the food was amazing. The mango meen curry is to die for. Please do try it. Everything was freshly prepared including the desserts and the service was quick. We plan on coming to this place again in the future.

Delicious food! We had the enormous prawns and the aubergine curry and it was excellent. The meal came with a bowl of soup, rice, veggies, and a nice cinnamon tea at the end. The service was perfect.... not intrusive, but attentive. We already have plans to go back.

Excellent local cuisine on offer. Their fish Mango curry was the show stealer. Service is slow but worth the wait. Expect at least a 30 min wait period. All dishes are well done. For those who cannot handle the Indian spice madness, its be a life saving act to tell them while ordering to keep it less spicy. Portions are good and items are freshly prepared.

Little expensive but the ambiance here is too good. We may feel like sitting inside an orthodox engineered construction which resemble the values of Indian tradition. Kerala rice and fish curry is too good to have and gives a different experience after having a watch of fort kochi

Rating 3 star for value for money mostly. Also, I requested the meal to be spicy, it was not spicy. None of the sides were tasty and they didnt work together. Ive had better traditional food by now. It wasnt bad but for the price and such good reviews I was highly disappointed. I even got the beef meal which was highly recommended on Google and Zomato, even the server said it was popular.
