Kalyan khadakpada branch is very worst, staff is soooo rude, always network issues of this branch, this staff is work only eating any time staff is not available in there cabins always they going here & there ,third class branch is this ....

Sorry to say but no proper service. Kalyan branch Birla college road branch. My problm is not been resolved since last 1 year. And they are least bother to solve the issue. They do not provide passbook on time, they do not have forms to provide for new pass book. Very bad service.Soon we will close the account and of all our group also.Worst experience

Worst behaviour,No response ,Just because of their mistake I had to wait for 10 days for further process since cheque delivery takes time to come at branch from clearing house,They are all busy in their own work I don’t know what personal work they do in office hours instead of solving customers issue,Rudely they talk if you ask your doubts,No proper information, wrong info they provideIs this how Kotak bank is??Have heard a lot!Just that my salary acc and suggested by company else I would never recommend anyone to open an account in this bank!Better to prefer small banks then KOTAK!WORST WORST WORST!!!!

Worst experience from private sector bank like Kotak Mahindra Bank.Even Public sector Banks are more efficient in their working. I have submitted all the documents and A/c Opening form with Kotak Mahindra Bank Kalyan West Branch in the 1st week of February 2021 but till date the A/c has not been opened for the silly reason that my sons adhar card address is given as c/o Mohan Rao . They have neither returned the documents and the cheque given to open the a/c till date. The staff at this branch are very inefficient and trying to fool the customer by making him go here and there. I have not seen the Branch Manager of this Bank nor any employee guided me properly to meet the Manager.

I went for adhar card of my kid three months ago , till now not received. The lady didnt gave me any receipt and said u will get in 1.5 months.even I forced her for receipt..she said no need u will get it. And now she is saying I have given u receipt. Very disgusting service
