Placed an order online of Rs 991 on 12/05/2021 which never confirmed through Big Bazar APP but the amount was debited from my bank account. Tried calling customer care service but no one responded. After several writing complaints via email no one bothered to revert back. Pathetic service & Very disappointed. Have came to know that, There are many such pending cases which never resolved, also I understood now that my money had been duped too. How could such a large group of company can do such cheap things.Hope it may help others for not to shop online from Big Bazar anymore.

How it is if anything we want get all in one place. Same as the Big bazaar is everything we find is available in one place whether it is grocery, clothes, shoes, Books, cusines, electrical appliances....etc of good quality and not in cheaper standards

Please maintain cleanliness.If you buy any of the biscuit pack, you will get all the biscuits in powder form once you open the pack. Why are we paying for such biscuits?Yesterday I saw staff placing biscuits in racks, they were just throwing it, no worry that the biscuits will break.Big Bazaar, please maintain your products. Worst experience I am calling on customer care no from last 5-6 days all no are wrong and the no which are on are not responding even i visited to bb today but the timing is only from morning 7-11 and they dont have time to update this on the site not accepting this type of behavior from such a big companies

Big bazaar is a brand with so many positive customers. Once we visit in outlet we get positive vibes, staff is always ready to serve us the best as possible. Prices are also good as compared with d mart. Because reliance fresh outlet is costly and there staff doesnt have manners. Everything is segregated in their place very properly. If you buy dairy items they are also fresh enough.

Much can be done to improve customers ease of shopping and convenience...although store fsi is huge...improper methods of display and storage negates this advantage..cleanliness and orderliness is grossly missing..staff is busy amongst themselves...this affects stores reputation and sends negative signals against those responsible for managing the store..some sections.... especially dry groceries need immediate attention to induct orderliness..as its difficult to navigate through it....my opinion is.....good fairly qualified and experienced staff adequately trained could bring about a remarkable change....store enjoys popularity solely because of the absence of competition...

Good for groceries. Well you can also get a good range of formals and casual clothing, undergarments, and other accessories. Section for home and kitchen appliances, office and school stationary supplies at comparable prices. Also you can expect good cashback offers on various products. Good place to kill time if you understand what I mean.

Its very nice place to get a outing. It has a lot of brand stores. The rates are not properly reasonable. But the food court of the mall is just properly designed, the foodies can enjoy it nicely.

It is a big Bazaar located in Metro junction mall in Kalyan. Children clothing is quite expensive if good in quality. Plastic products are good, electronics are ok, but less choices in electronics. Food items are good to be bought from here. On offer days it is quite affordable to buy things from Big Bazaar. They do almost nothing to attract customers.

You will get most of the things here like other big Bazar but not all. Some products are not available which will be available in other Big Bazaar. Good staff.

Its not that good compared to other malls out there and recently its renovating so i hope its interior and apperence will get a new look. Have many popular outlets for shopping.

3rd class staff. They even dont know how to talk with customers. And there is no coordination among them. I have purchased LAKME product aprox 2k and I have done my payment by Upi payment. But from my account amount is deducted but they dont received so they told us to pay 2nd time with cash other wise we cant allow to go at home. This all happened at night 10o clock. Even though we purchased other product which price is 17k. 1st give training to your staff member about you services. All staff member is giving different answers to me. And now I dont even received my refund amount yet. I dont to give even 1star also..

I visted Big Bazar at kalyan metro junction mall and it happens every single time i visit there, I really do not understand why they dont leave me when i say no dont want credit card, these people should be charged for harassing people.I choose Big Bazar because i hate to indulge in conversation with shop keeper and dont want him to stick at my back for buying things but i really get here same thing, i would say its even worst.These people wont leave your back, they literally asked for my pan card to verify if i have credit card or not and they didnt left untill they verified it.I dont like going back to that place and wont reccomend any one to go there
