Its really a pathetic experiance.Bad service to senior citizens.very bad service. Someones home branch is kalyan and due to family issue and covid issues,a person is stuck in mulund,and due to urgency if any form(form15 for fd account) is submitted at mulund branch,The mulund branch staff did not support a senior citizen lady. And when now coming to chek the status at kalyan branch,all staff are having lunch for long time and did not concern to attend customers..and not even respond in ethical standards.Its really a shame to have such service in Bank..
