Worst customer service ever. Before the Covid situation, the staff was good.
Most of the time no manager / authority is available
Canara bank,murbad road, kalyan branch, server was down since two days, they dont bothered to inform their customers about it and again after that bank got sanitized for two days. otherwise Canara Bank sends you diwali, birthday wishes but they cannot msg to their customers not come for these days. People were in line for more than an hour and after that they came to knw about it, isnt it their irresponsible behaviour??? In this covid-19 pandemic situation, shouldnt have they take more responsibilities for their customers and themselves too. This is well authorised and old also trustworthy bank in kalyan, bank manager should take care of this.

The timing for bank opening is 10AM due to the pandemic or something dont know, google/bank failed to update it here-_-
