Well-behaved staff

No one receive phone call at all, even if you have an emergency.Passbook printing stop since 2 years. From 2 years their printer not able to work,Today I have emergency but their phone as usual not working.

In covid19 this people has to available online service for regular people

Pathetic bank.no staff or the management is being helping to customer.had been to bank on 20th Jan to unfreeze my account. Said will do the process within a day .Had borrow the amount and I had to refund it.Its a week now only have done the mailing and just spoke in bank said will check call back later.When called again says management is having breakfast cant talk now call back after 2 3 hrs.Really plz dont go for IDBI BankWorst staff are working here.stillhour still no calls or no one is attending my call.

Can we have No star category for this IDBI Branch........pathetic people are working here.

My self Mrs .S.kulkari ..patient of Dr Ashwini Borate ..Ayushkti from last 1 year ..I am very happy wid the treatment given by her on my skin ailment ..I am very happy about her concerned attitude towards her patients problem s ...I am from Kalyan centre.

I visit normally to pay my daughter school fees in IDBI KALYAN BRANCH, But whenever i visited , found a person with bad mood and he is not having sense how to speak with customer ..saying AAP but bad tone and loudly is not good attitude.
