This is one of the worst shops ever....the owner avinash is so arrogant.... I have given him my keyboard for repairing while giving all the keys were working...... after repairing he is telling one key is not working...that too after 1 month..... I have proof of all this call conversations..... please beware of such fraud shops who just have to take the money from the customers...... I m a musician by profession...will never eve recomend this shop to anyone

These people are cheats...they have sold me a defective Tabla. The tabla was cracked and they applied primer, painted it and sold it. I realized it after a couple of months when the cracks opened up. Please excise caution while buying any instruments from them. My experience was very very disappointing. I will not recommend this shop to anyone

The most horrible musical shop I have even dealt with.I had given my guitar amp and its been more that 18 months (1.5 years) and he has still not returned it back. He has not repaired it either.I went several times and also called him and he never bothered the taken any action. I told to give it back as well but he did not.Beware buying any musical instrument from him nor any give anything for repair. You will be cheated and will be at a huge loss.A complete cheat musical store. Do go with any the 5 star rating that people have given. The worst shop. Please dont go and buy stuff my sincere request.

I was learning guitar here for two months but the tutor was so arrogant and irresponsible. He will just give u notes and tell you to practice he will never check Ur progress. He was running some other class on Sunday so he use to leave in between class. He will try to humiliate u every now and then as if he is master of music instruments They only care is about the fee and poke u every time. Dont join here u will loose Ur interest.

A worst place to visit for musicals instruments.The lady of the owner dosent even know to talk to customers nor does she knows to adress customer queries properly.This shop has only one service engineer , one person to take care of the shop and one veichle to deliver stuffs.No customer is important for them nor does they care for the customers.When i asked them about customer satisfaction is important for them or what , they said they have to take care of their problems first and then customers.A keyboard that could be repaired in 2 weeks took more than 3 months for the following reasons1. Their so called only one engineer met with an accident.2. They only bring 20 to 30 keyboards at a time ...so they dont have time for one single keyboard.3. On the day promised for delivery, their veichle got damaged and couldnt deliever on time.Worst customer service here.May be they will please you by their words at first.But you will realise this all after sometime.

Dont even and ever think about getting something repaired from this unpunctual procrastinating dumbass.From the language ive used above, you can pretty much get an idea of how my experience here would have been.It was January 2017, a new and a happy year but then i decided to get my keyboard repaired from Saraswati Musicals. Believe me that was my worst decision of 2017. I gave him my keyboard in Jan and he said it might take a month maximum. I agreed. But guys, i received my keyboard back in April after i sent him a 14 days court notice of a fraud case. And he didnt even repair it in those 4 months.In between those 4 months of struggle, i visited him atleast 30 times. And everytime his reply always was ye sunday tak pakka de dunga tension hi mat lo i asked him whats taking so long he said vo dadar bheja hai na sidha company me (yamaha) toh isiliye time lagega. Yep right, dadar is far far away from Kalya. Even if it was, isnt a month enough? But he took 4 instead!So if youre going to get something repaired, youll need to send him a court notice to get your stuff back.Beware.
