Every time I visit lookwell the experience is great and ambience here is worth visiting again and again.Specially,Naushad my personal favourite his work is perfect no doubt and he treats the customer well.

The place was very clean and properly sanitized when i entered, The staff was very kind and helping.The stylist Shaan was very kind and was professional enough to give me advice on a good cut and finishing the job pretty good.Kudos to the team.

My hair stylist was Mr Shaan. I have done my hair straightening and keratin treatment. My hair have become so smooth and soft. Its also shining very nice. Before my hair was very much freeze and damage but now it was exactly the way I was always wanted to be. Loved the experience and very well mannered and polite also.Due to our current epidemic Situation they have maintained all the rules and regulations, which was very nice.

The people at the salon are very polite, BUT :I had a haircut and keratine treatment here 2 days ago. I like my wavy hair and keratine treatment requires heat and thus my hair was straightened. I was told it will be back to normal after a wash. Didn’t happen. I am not happy.

Good treatment to customers, suggest better options according to customers skin texture and get satisfaction with service. They also suggest products to be used to continue to effect for long term but which doubles our bill.

My hairdresser was Naushad Khan. He suggested me really excellent treatments for my hair. I actually got the transformation in my hairs which I wanted in a safe way. My stylist got my hairs perfect at point as I wanted it to be while taking care that my hairs are protected too. Great hair stylist.

Mixed experience. Hair cut is good. But my hair colour experience was bad, and colour still bleeds after 2 washes also. Didnt get the colour nor the effect I asked for. Similarly waxing, pedicure was good while the procedure took place, but the effect didnt last at all. Courteous staff. But eventual effect of treatment is not showing at all. Also I have been here enough times. So this review is an analysis after that. Not a reactive outburst.

One of chain of Saloon. Very much clean and friendly keeps you updated with offers and discounts. Have in-house specialists for skin and hair therapy. Been to 3 centers in Kalyan and all are very neat and clean. Cost wise its not that high. If you become a member than it can be a good deal.

Today I visited lookwell salon in metro mall and got a haircut from Mr.Anjeb. I really felt good. Service was excellent, staff is friendly and price was reasonable.

A perfect place to pamper yourself from trained professionals. I went to get my hair straightened but as my hair were damaged and the fact that straightening them would damage it more one of the professional from salon Shaan recommended a perfect solution for it and also gavee me the perfect treatment my hair needed his work was up to the Mark and was dedicated.

On 14th of November I had done my hair cut in metro mall by Shan was tremendously beautiful he changed my look and my hair looked little voluminous 👌🏻 And a recommend me a moroccan hair spa , and Ruksana given me good tips for my extremely sensitive skin and face cleanerBut yesterday I went for waxing and I was shocked the staff were changed and so unprofessional they don’t know products knowledge honestly so disappointed

I m very disappointed with my hair cut done by arman. I have wasted my money by choosing lookwell for haircut. Asked him for some good look. He just done straight cut on my hair and said this is new look. Seriously not worth for the money i paid for haircut. Even the receptionist lady was in such a hurry she wanted to clear bill before the hair cut itself.

Went here for haircut but there is this one guy who didnt listening what Im saying but continuously told me to do keratin hair treatment (trying to sell me service). bragging about 12 years of experience still i have to tell him 3 times same thing over and over again still in the end he didnt remember what i said and ruined my hairstyle. He had no patience to listen me even though there wasnt any customer other than me, miscommunication and overconfidence reflected the result but even after that he tried to sell me other services (facepalm).

Vikas who does body massage is very good. He does quite relaxing swedish massage. Shaan who is a hair stylist gives nice hair cut and shave as per customers wish and suitability to make the person look good. Deepa who is at the front desk is very polite and cooperative at arranging customers time slot as per convenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lookwell metro to everyone. Thanks :)

It was my first time in this salon and for hair styling I think Mr.shaan is the one in whom u can trust for the best.

The service here is really below the expectation. Dont expect too much. Members have to literally beg for the free services which they had offered at the time of buying membership. Extremely disappointed by the attitude of receptionist. They have many reasons so that you cannot avail the complementary offer somehow. The only disappoinment is that they commit many things so that you finally buy membership.
