The services rendered were poor. Everyone having a parcel had to wait for 2 hours at least on the counter.I mean other employees were literally just sitting behind their various counter chit chatting or playing busy behind the monitor while one counter had to attend to all customer shipping and logistic affairs.I strongly believe that the services here can be improved with proper scrutiny, management and caution
