I had a haircut from here.1. I have very long hair . Hairstylist just cut my hair with no style in it after making very clear I need the length.2. He constantly promotes other services making the experience all bad.3. Please get professionals who understand customer needs first. If I just have to chop my hair off , I can do it at home.

Yesterday i visited their saloon for a haircut..there is no stylist some eyebrow didi is doing haircut and stuff they made my hair worst..after clearly mentioning that i want a specific haircut by showing them some pictures they dont even know what it is...and the person who styled my hair did not even set my hair properly saying that my hair is too smooth to handle and not worthy to set...even my sister faced same problem...and the most irritating point is that they did not apply any serum...i asked them for and they said they ran out of that....only one tail comb is used for all the customers in the saloon....this is truly disgusting...i wont be going back to that saloon again...my left part of hair is long and right part is short i realized that after comming home...such poor quality and charging more for such disgusting service.i just hated every second of my experience there

My wife joined anoos for facial treatment (chemical peel ) ,she had taken 12 sits but reasult was zero , I Have spent 20000 INR. We had very bad experience. .
