I am writing this after 1sitting. My name is M V V Surya Sekhar. I went to Folica for PRP treatment to my wife M Prasanthi. I will write about treatment and its result another time after observing the result. My concern now is about financial aspects. Representatives of Folica are not transperant in this. We had a hit of 1000/- initially after buying the tablets/shampoo/oils etc., from them. They charge 30%more than the actual price available online. I dont how many more shocks like this they will give. They did not give clear picture about cost of tablets/shampoos/oils etc. for the entire treatment. When this brought to their notice with proofs, the answer is we cant do any thing after generating bill. This is not fair on their part as it effects the basic trust. Now we have decided not to buy any thing from them in future...
