Me and my friend wanted to walk around the blue city and walk aimlessly and we were kind of lost. We also around the local people but the place we wanted to go seems Further everytime we ask someone. But lucky before the sunset we manage to get to a lil glimpse of the blue aisle and we were content. The people around here are very friendly and even with the heat and harsh weather they always greet us with smile which makes us feel safe and secure. I am definitely going back to this place again

Chandpole gate is a part of Jodhpur from where one can enjoy a beautiful view of the Fort and the Lake besides it. There a hotel which attracts tourist especially foreigners that is purn haveli. It got some heritage look and local cuisine that can turn anyones mouth watery. If someone want to explore amazing views he/she must visit the water tank that is in that area. Its prohibited to enter that area but with help of some local citizens one can go in, from above that tank one can enjoy astonishing views. Apart from these, theres a road near by which is known as kila road, one must go through this road to explore stunning views. Jodhpur is a city full of breathtaking views, one must visit this place to explore it.

Jodhpur is also known as Blue City but unfortunately the govt has failed to conserve the blue colour. As photographer you will struggle to find blue buildings, streets are over wired.

Chandpole Gate of Jodhpur (old city) is an ancient gate which has become an important part of Jodhpurs heritage and architecture. It is located within city limits on Vidhyashala Road in Kabir Nagar, Jodhpur.Chandpole Gate is the starting point where the walk to discover the heritage of Jodhpur starts from. This walk starts from here and then leads to ancient Krishna Temple. From there to ancient stepwells and follow through the community kitchen and then to Krishi Mandi (Grain Market). This journey of heritage comes to an end at the Clock Tower. Visitors can take on this walking experience of around three hours to find the hidden gems of the city.This walk from Chandpole gate starts from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM everyday. It is advisable to take with you things like sunglasses, hats and water bottle to soothe away the scorching heat. The Chandpole Gate is open on all days at every time. Visitors can take the pleasure of walking and shopping around the blue city at Chandpole Gate.
