Cafe Freedom is a place that wants to compete with big brands like CCD and their menu is all stuffed and ready for it.My first visit was underwhelming but they called me up after my feedback and I’m glad my suggestions were heard.Since they looked at my feedback and rectified their faults they have my appreciation.

I went to cafe freedom after checking their advertisement on FM.I tried a basic cappuccino just for the sake of having something and boy that was probably the worst coffee I have ever had for a price equivalent to CCD.I wouldnt recommend Cafe Freedom to anyone until and unless they improve the quality of their food or at least try to justify the prices theyre charging.

Good food and amazing place with good behavior of staff

We visited on 9th jan.The waitress behaved like we go take free food from them.I feel like im a staff and staff is our customer.Because she behaved. She rolled her eyes when we ask her about order.she was arrogant, rude & disrespectful towards us. the food was horrible. It was tasteless and not up to the mark......I recommend all those who read this, to please avoid going there and not to waste your money as we are customers, not beggars.Greatly disappointed and feeling insulted for such a ruthless behavior.Very bad behaviour of the waitress, Totally intrusive.. waitress..... pathetic experience..I am utterly saddened by the behaviour & would never visit cafe freedom restaurant again. Hospitality business means to respect your customers, not to serve them with bad food & nonsensical arguments. As we pay for food not to get insulted.Extremely bad service , I even dont want to give single star.

Interior was good according to the location..But coffee and shakes were not till the point.

Cold Coffee was good

I ordered cappuccino coffee and garlic bread combo, taste was good but they charged 40 rs. extra for flavour which they didnt mention in menu, second they only provide combos not individual coffee or snacks, thats why I am giving 3 star to this cafe.

Very unprofessional cafe. They dont know their own food specifications and have very bad behaviour with the customers. The manager of the cafe had a very rude behaviour when I told to correct their food specification. She even told me that they would not change it for a single customer even if it is wrong.

Very average cafe. They over charged on packed item. I ordered masala tea and that was very bad. Totally waste of money. Sandwiches were also not good. The coffee was ok types. the atmosphere was good. Cool kind of interior. The service was good.

Worst place to order! The Manger has no manners to talk or handle the customers whatsoever. They fail to specify their food orders at online (swiggy) and when confronted they talk rudely.

One of the worst cafe.They gave paper(fake) menu this menu include only combo of high prices and they force you to take 2 combo because 1 combo is for only one person . They serve expired coldrink can . After 15 min arguement on menu she gave me real menu of cafe. she also ask me to pay 100 rs for sitting there.
