I m staying in this hotel for 6th n 7th oct. 2021.Really poor and pathetic service for Inhouse guest.They dont pick calls neither for room service nor at reception for any kind of service.Very Delayed service.Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Great stay, Great staff, specially receptionist, I dont remember her name but she is quite friendly and well behaviour, helpful. I didnt used much service but rooms were cleaned, interior was good.Restaurant is ok ok not that good but you can have hygenic food. Overall without hesitation you can book and stay here comfortably. Renovation is going on so be ready for much more service in near future.

The place has changed a lot more than what it used to be earlier.The whole staff has changed and more professional waiters at this place. The interior and all has changed and scale of Operations have come down due to pandemic. Quality of food needs some more improvement, but overall it is a decent place to go out with your family.

Wish I could start by giving negative rating if possible. Only their name has excellency.Came here by seeing good rating and it was a horrible experience dining here.Food was too much salty. The staff does not understand what mint sauce is . They give you the mint sauce when you have finished having your starters.When asked sir onions they served a single onion sliced in a plate for sorting of 8 people.Asked for paper napkins 4 times and got few as in they are in mission to save them.I ordered aloo paratha for my son and when I noticed the invoice it was paratha+ curd when enquired they said its bundled with the paratha but they did not serve it. On my asking they served when we had finished our food.If the owners are reading this please take care of your staff educate them .

Location of hotel is very nice, but there is no dedicated parking. A notice indicates parking at owners risk. Rooms are spacious with good amenities. Although Jodhpur is known for royal and delicious food, but breakfast in the hotel was miserable. It appeared that they were just doing formalities. Coffee was absolutely cold. we had to leave breakfast as such. when we complained to reception person, he was completely aloof. he was not ready to hear feedback from customers. I advice better to book room without breakfast. overall satisfactory to stay for one night.

Staff behaviour is very good and special care is taken in Covid and was impressed to see hygiene condition.

Room door and bathroom door barely locks, jammed.Checkout time on MMT is completely misleading, it is mentioned as 10am and hotel reception says 9am and actual pamphlet on room door says 1am.Service and behavior of reception very poor.

The hotel is located in a good location but the basic amenities like hot water was not available in this big hotel.they charged 2200 for a double room but if you search you can find a better place for the same charges, something with a pool or so.

A very serene 3 star hotel with good food and beds to stay. The staff is very helpful but work with very limited scope of work they have been told to do. Enjoyed a very relaxed night and then got myself a very good buffet breakfast before I started my started my onward journey. If you dont have a better option then this is the place to be in.

Old filthy room, undusted curtains, washroom lock not working, broken window, tv always on unable to sleep at night, front door lock not working, service not good, no tea at breakfast.

Good interiors but not too good services ad price

I went to @hotelshriramexcellency with my cousins, this was my go-to place for family dinners but yesterdays visit was quite disappointing especially with services😑, the staff wasnt prompt on our orders even I didnt like the way they handed over the menu on my table (I think they should get training that how to behave with customers as this kind of behavior wasnt excepted from such a reputed Hotels staff🤐).1. Paneer Tikka dry wasnt served hot even paneer was not fresh 🙄2. I was a little happy with the taste of the main course 😊. We ordered Paneer Handi, Malai Kofta in the red grave, Indian bread, and Veg. Pulao 🤘

Excellent hotel for the price you pay, on the main residency road, opposite medical college so precise, easy and vital location. Petrol pump is just opposite, Goyal hospital is a minute walk and a reasonably priced beauty parlor is also next door. The food is extremely tasty. The family ran a popular restaurant before opening this hotel and have expert chefs. The meeting hall for events and party is quite spacious and good looking, can be decorated further. Food menu is not pricy and you have a fairly large selection. Overall impressive and worth staying with all aminities nearby.

The Hotel is just 3 kms from Jodhpur Railway Station and it is very easy to reach. The hotel has nice big rooms with big windows allowing proper sunlight in your room. The hotel also has a restaurant which offers a lavish buffet. The food quality here is very good. Its a totally vegetarian restaurant. Staff is also very couteous.

Rooms were full of smoking smell and employees are not even ready to accept that..we checked 3 rooms, all 3 had smoking smell and windows were broken .. would not recommend for couples

Location wise hotel is very well situated in rich area of Jodhpur but Cleanliness and services are totally pathetic.You have to call staff atleast 3-5 time for any support and result comes after half an hour.cost wise is 3 star or more but service wise is less than 1 star.At on this type of high rates, Room toilets are without Tape, room fridge was locked continuesly 3 days with lot of excuses. Toiletry was available only on demand.Even on advance payment of 21000/- room were full of bad smell.I ll never refer any body for this hotel.It is my one of a worst stay.

Very good hospitality. The restaurant here serves great food. This is a 3 star hotel offering 5 star services. When we stayed there in the chilling weather of December, the hotel staff made sure that our room was warm enough and the rooms had all the amenities which you expect from good hotels. I totally recommend this place for stay.

Thebroom is very clean and the staffs have very good hospitality.The hotel is located at prime location where it can be easily accessed by local transport. So, i would definitely book this one if i ever visit jodhpur again.

Nice Hotel with clean rooms. It also have a restaurant on first floor of the hotel. It also have a bar and disco named Volcano in the basement of hotel. I booked a double occupancy room which cost around Rs.2500 with breakfast.Hotel staff is helpful and good.

Taste wise this place is one of the best in jodhpur

Hotel was okay. But the facilities for drivers was bad. The drivers need to have decent facilities because if they are happy and relaxed, we get an assured safe journey.

I chose this hotel on the basis of the rates. But, upon staying there, I found it to be in a central location wherein I could reach the old town; shopping street (B and C Road); Mehrangarh Fort and Umed Bhawan Palace. This hotel is also 20 minutes drive from the airport.Staff is friendly and co-operative. Breakfast was good and it had the local variety. Room are comfortable and they offer great value for money for single or couple with budget travel. I only disliked the fact that the table cloths in the buffet restaurant were not cleaned properly but, other than that, I am happy with the property.

While the hotel is simple looking normal hotel from the outside, from the inside its really a very clean, comfortable and luxurious hotel considering its 3-star status.The rooms were clean, well kept and well serviced. Restaurant food was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from.overall a great place to stay. recommended hotel.

Good clean rooms. Nice location. Has a park nearby for walkers. The park has a ticket system though. Strongly advised to buy tickets before hand. Nobody would want to become a gate crashed for 10 bucks.Staff of hotel is pretty good. Hotel is completely veg. You would not even get eggs. So be prepared for a breakfast of oily pooris and just ok sandwiches. Breakfast menu needs urgent working upon.

Its best hotel for local touristers who came here for tourism.Its located near at jaljog circle.Well furtined rooms n facility of rooms are also good. Here is a swimming pool for swim. Staff behaviour is not bad.

Our room was spacious and clean although a bit outdated. Bathroom had hot water and good water pressure, which cannot be said of every hotel in India!The hotel is ok for a one night stay but I would not spend more time here as it is located too far from the old town or other attractions. Breakfast buffet was average, little choice and slow service.

Do not eat pizza here. Worst pizza Ive eaten ever. Pizza sauce was too spicy and felt like tomato chutney. Pizza crust is also not good. However quantity is good but not worth.
