Old blue city and it my own house view
COME FALL IN LOVE with the beauty of Jodhpur city. From here you could feel how amazing life could be and the sense of freedom you get is incomparable.
Seems to be the main attraction of Jodhpur: Luckily, despite visiting during the usually swelteringly hot month of May, getting there during the morning proved to be a wise decision as it is somewhat cooler then. It opens at 9am, which isn’t that early to be honest, but the foreigner ticket price does at least include an audio guide available in foreign languages such as English, Spanish, and even Korean (a passport suffices as a bond for the audio guide set). The audio guide is very detailed and fairly interesting and takes you round the various parts of the fort. Some great views can be taken in from the fort of the “Blue City” below. All in all, I would recommend this fort to anyone visiting Rajasthan, however one night in the city is likely enough, since (perhaps owing to it being low season) I didn’t find much else to do - or even many cafes or restaurants open - in Jodhpur during my visit.
Great palace
NICE LOCATION
Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert of the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan. Its 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that’s now a museum, displaying weapons, paintings and elaborate royal palanquins (sedan chairs). Set on on a rocky outcrop, the fort overlooks the walled city, where many buildings are painted the city’s iconic shade of blue.
It is view taken from the Mehrangarh fort which look like blue because all the house inside the old city Whitewash and used Neel for shown blue white and it is help in reducing the temperature inside the house and keep cool also protect from mosquito, very famous in Bollywood for suitings of film and ads
Nice place for visitors and a total view of jodhpur from there.
Not accessible at all by car. Have to go through lots of dead ends and tiny roads. Not worth the effort.

Jodhpur is the second largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. After its population crossed 10 lakhs, it was declared the second metropolis of Rajasthan. It used to be the capital of the same name of Marwar, the historic Rajwada here. Jodhpur is also a famous tourist destination with its many magnificent palaces, fortifications and temples amidst the Thar Desert.
