Wish I can put negative stars, we bought Swing Set, from Asian Art Exporters trusting their words, Ordered Swing Set with Accessories, Cushion & Covers, paid them in full with order value $1,700 based on promised shipping within 25 days, after begging them over 4 months received completely incorrect material, Pillow Covers missing, damaged bench, incorrect Swing Rod. We ordered Brass polish Swing rods and received Brass painted swing rods, while approaching them for replacement, I was advised I am crazy. I recommend not to deal with them unless they willing to offer terms, Secure your material first, make sure its perfect prior you make any payment to them. I keep begging them for replacement material and they block me.

Totally unreliable and do not deliverAfter having made payment there is absolutely no communication on when your order will be received.I have been waiting 3 months for an order that was promised to be delivered within 15 days.I have still not recieved my order and have got no clue when ,if at all, my order will be delivered.Totally unreliable and I would certainly not recommend them to anybody.Disgusting, to say the least

Very very poor quality and they claim to be of international standard ...they provide even worse than a second hand road side stuff ....show u all morphed images with light but actual product on delivery will make u cry ....they will not refund money nor replace the junk they provide ....in fact they take full payment before delivery and then disown their responsibility of the product ...u will have to followup with transportation etc on your own ...once they take the money they are not bothered .....cheap materials used ...no finish no polish ....cheat on the leather too ....will show something n give something else ....for order they will say less time for delivery n later take a very very long time to deliver .....person goes crazy following up with this mr pukhraj...he shows no professionalism n is a big cheat n fraud...also very rude....the items I got had torn leather that too very dirty n not in good condition ...the metals in the furnitures were rusted ...gaddi had a blade cut line on it ...the mirrors were broken ...wood used was Mdf though was told solid teak ....pathetic stitching n finish ....beware ...dont order with them ....look for better vendors in market ....Pls pls dont go on the images they post on their website ...its all fake n morphed ....they deliver worse than what u can even image ....Mr pukhraj jangid is highly unprofessional n rude....will just take all his money n then show his true color ...real horrible experience
