We stayed at cottages, its well designed and spacious with beautiful garden in the front. We very much liked pure veg food with full menu and excellent in the taste. Service also very good.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. We were extremely satisfied with the facilities & the beautiful setup of the resort. Staff was very gentle & co-operative. The resort is good for families and group of people though it is a bit far from city but you get ola and uber. The food of the inhouse restaurant is superb. They need to improve on service as they have limited staff.

Horrible place. Very unhygienic. Linen in the cottage was not changed for days to gather as was evident from a heap of rat droplings under the pillows. Rat wer roaming freely in the cottages. Even the restaurant had a dead rat in the cooler and stinking.No covid sanitation was being followed.People were using swimming pool with clothes on and not in proper swimming gear

A good place to stay and get relaxed

The overall experience was good, initially we did face a problem with hot water but they took immediate action in getting our rooms changed. best part about the property is its pet friendly and the owner is welcoming.

I was stayed in this hotel from 29th Sept20 to 02nd Oct20 booked - 2 rooms through MMT by seeing 4* rating, but this hotel is not suitable to family tourists and since hotel was locked from Mar20 no minimum maintenance in the hotel and first day no one had face masks, gloves which are basic requirement to handle the guests as per Government guidelines . Our 3 days stay was terrible due to non functioning of AC, No Hot water, No House Keeping , Musty smell in rooms, Tasteless food with stones in Jeera rice even repeated complaints to GM Sumit and Food was pathetic as chef does not have basics in food preparation and i never seen him wearing hair cap, gloves, face mask during my stay of 3 days which are basics for chef to safeguard guest health and maintain hygienic food.Hotel team try to take the extra money for zero service even informed about early check out on 01st October.And only one good thing was the Food Service boy was amazing and 100% hygienic & service oriented.. I wish to see him in 5* hotel as i was noticed he had that capabilities and qualities to fit 5* hotel.I am strongly recommend & suggest not to book this hotel at any moment. Its better to go with OYO rooms instead of staying in this hotel.

It was really a very beautiful place to spend some leisure time peacefully amidst nature. seperate cottages were there that were decorated traditionally .food was also ok . also we forgot our bag at hotel pool area and after contacting resort staff we got it back via various means.overall it was pleasant stay of a day . and we wished if we could stay longer☺ . but we were had to leave for jaisalmer next day. 😔

Place was good but the thing that disappointed was the staff and food was not good.

It is a boutique hotel, with a great ambience. Food was excellent and so were the pool services. I had booked a suite room which was amazinngg. This place is recommended if you would like to stay in the periphery of the city.

Pet friendly resort with helpfull staff.

Service is good. Staff is polite. My kettle had biscuit in it. But ambience is good. location is far from city. You will not get any transportation, not even ola or uber.

This was a wonderful place for dinner. Service was so good and staff is very polite with quick service. According to me this is a best place for family time... And if I talk about food quality that was best with awesome service.

Hotel was good. rooms were neat and clean. we got upgraded room. food was delicious. staff was coaprative. only thing need to be improve that in room TV only free channel was coming... no paid channel was broadcasting... so we couldnt enjoy world cup match. water park was also good.. we enjoy a lot.

This is a such a nice place to stay. The plus point of this resort is it have water park as well. So much Mango surrounding the reso. And the staff is supportive too even if you need anything they provide in room only. I recommend to all please go there for a single trip and enjoy the hospitality of they served.

Experience was pathetic... Didnt thought so as it was mentioned 4-star hotel. We were shifted to Cottage(better one) first instead of deluxe room, but there was tap leaking, shower was not working properly. TV was asking for recharge, did complain but no one came to recharge it. Water bottle was of some Solitaire brand (I thought there could be a good brand) with cheap plastic. No tea/coffee services. Plastic glasses were of cheap quality. Just managed one day.

I was there for one night but was enough to hate this place, the room stinked like anything when we entered, phone didnt work, forget about shower the hot water pressure wasnt even to wash hand, no toilet paper.Food was ok, waiters were kind and helpful.Stay away from this place if u can.

We went in for a packaged deal for the ayer park and a veg buffet (theres no non-veg). The water park (with slides) is the only decent part. The food was pathetic. The Chinese was completely unpalatable. The dal was more oil than dal. At the live bread counter, we were asked to put butter on our naans ourselves. Service was poor and slow.

We books Treehouse Amara on last minute and surprised as soon as we entered the property. Right from reception to check in and Food... everything is best. Wish we could had more time to spend in property. I am booking this property surely in my next visit to Jodhpur.

Ok place for a one night halt... there was a wedding in the evening and in the morning there was a huge kids group... very noisy.... food was extremely bad! Preferred to have breakfast outside rather than eat there...there is a lot of potential but the management has to be more tight...
